BSNL — Bad routing and high latency while playing online games

Why am i being routed through bad route and a very latent one plz route me through a static route with as low ping as possible. Because i am a aspiring gamer and lag and ping ruin my games. i am playing league of legends on north american server. my bsnl telephone number is[protected], plz help me through it i am rlly in need of help. and plz make it static so i dont have to complain again.
