BSNL — broadband completely out of order for 15 days | |||
Broadband connection on my bsnl number[protected] has been down for the last 15-20 days. Customer care says, it'll be repaired in a week but its been 3 weeks now. I'm suffering a lot due to this, and planning to discontinue bsnl broadband if such conditions persist... All efforts of repair bear no results and for a student like me, internet connection is very essential.. Kindly make sure this is resolved or connect me to higher authorities or consumer court, because this is becoming an unbearable ordeal, a horrific customer servicing experience. I have not subscribed for any of the services.But i received a message that i have subscribed for some kind of wallpaper and took an amount of rs.7.This is totally unfair and some kind of technique to steal money.So please take necessary actions and refund money immediately.

I lost my mobile along with sim in mirzapur bus stop on dated 24-1-20. I tried to block my sim to protect against misuses. But customer care didn't receive the call yet, I trying since 3 days. What a poor service they have.mobile no [protected]
