[Resolved] BSNL — bsnl landline payment problem | |
We have bsnl landline for nearly 10years, for the last 2years I was using broadband service, from this month of april, 2014 we discontinued the broadband service. we gave a termination letter with the last bill payment proof in 26th march, 2014. In 27th or 28th march, a call came from delhi bsnl office and offered some additional service such as movies on demand, games on demand, we told that we are going to terminate the broadband service after this month that is after 3-4days so we do not need it, now when we got the bill of the march, 2014 we saw that they have charged Rs.47 for that and Rs. 697 as one time charge and they have given the activation date as 1st march, 2014 where as the phone came on 27th of march. I went to the office for that but they are telling why did you receive the phone, why did you activated the service, I told them that I am not at all fool to activate any service for 3-4days and pay over Rs. 700 for that.They told me to give a letter saying about the problem, they will look after it and will adjust the money in the later bill if they found that it was the mistake of bsnl. but i do not have any faith on them, what should i do, please reply me as soon as possible in my mail [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |
