BSNL Cellone — Refund of Sevurity deposit and excess money held on my postpaid mobile [protected]

I am a post paid customer from BSNL AP circle and my mobile number is [protected] I have ported in to BSNL bangalore circle and upon porting in they collected deposit of Rs.500 again . They have also asked me to pay extra for bill charges after the last bill amounting to Rs.633. I have to get the deposit refund and excess amount in my account number[protected]
