BSNL Chennai Telephones — non receipt of refund for surrendering landline

I sent the following mail to gm of bsnl chennai telephones on 4.8.2017 for the telephone line surrendered on 9.6.2017 for my res. Tel no.[protected].
Regret to inform you that till date i have not received the refund of security deposit given to them. Please help and do the needful.

I have surrendered my resi. Telephone no. 22772410 on 9.6.2017 and sent the deposit receipt to a. O. (Tr) smt. Senthamarai. (Tel[protected].

I am very much regret to inform you that till date i have not received the refund of my deposit. I am a heart patient and had by-pass surgery. I need this money urgently for my medical expenses.

I am told by the ao that bsnl is not refunded to any customer who have surrendered the telephone even from 1st of jan. 2017.

I request you to do the needful urgently on receipt of this mail and send the refund of my deposit immediately.

Your prompt action requested.
