I have chosen a postpaid plan in jio after being a member in jio membership.
In the month of june my services are stopped, so i had called to the customer service then they told me to recharge with 399 so that your connection will be back
I recharged with 399rs and my services started.
After few days my service had again stopped, so again i called the customer service and then they are explaining that they have used that amount for security deposit and asked me to recharge again, i did it again with 399rs
Actually the plan they told me is it provides 1 gb data every day for 84 days and free calls/ sms.
After recharge it worked fine.
Suddenly after few days i received a bill of rs 450, i was completed shocked though i have subscribed the plan why i got that much bill, but i paid that silently assuming that i have used a lot than the plan they offered.'
The fact is that is the actual bill which generates every month and the bill i subscribed is no way going to help me.
I dont know why they have made me to recharge it as mandatory untill then my services are stopped.
So i raised a complain regarding misleading me and making me to recharge.
But they said we are helpless we cant do any thing you need to pay your bills.
From that day i have stopped paying the bill until they resolve the (Extra 399rs) issue and i am not gonna pay that anyway Was this information helpful? |
