BSNL — Deposit amount refund not received

I surrendered my BSNL Phone in Aug 2015 in Bangalore ( Phone No.[protected]. Till now I have not received the deposit refund. When I enquire in the customer care, they say it will take couple of more months. I need the authorities to check this and ensure that my deposit amount is refunded immediately.
