Sir,
I have been using bsnl telephone vide no.[protected] for the past 20 years and i do not have any regrets in utilizing your service, but for the past 4 months i. E., from oct, 2019 there was frequently failures and from dec, 2019 the phone was totally dead. There is no connectivity line to my house and this got disconnected from dec, 2019.
I am not a defaulter of payment. The inefficient service, not by your staff, but due to inapt technicalities by the equipments i was forced for non-payment of pending bills. As a result, your staff was very prompt in stopping my incoming and outgoing calls from oct, 2019. But unfortunately, though my telephone was not working, nevertheless, bills are raised without providing any service.
In the above context i have decided to surrender my phone with immediate effect. The due amount as per the latest bill was paid and enclosed herewith for your perusal.
So, with due apologies, i was not happy with the bsnl service for the past 4 months. Kindly take necessary initiative to disconnect my phone at your end, because, there is no physical connectivity to my residence for the past 3 months.
Thanking you with the hope that your service may be extended to others without any such issues, so that you may not loose good customers like me in future.
