Dear Sir,
I have a BSNL telephone connection with broadband Internet facility detailed below. I am very sorry to let you know that the broadband Internet service is pathetic to the contrary the stature it holds in the market. I would be very happy if the service is offered as promised in the plan I have sought for.
I have opted for a plan, which offers a package with 2 Mbps up to 20 GB and 1 Mbps beyond 20 GB, but much to my dismay, the speed never cross 1.6 Mbps and it hardly reaches 0.5 Mbps up to and beyond 20 GB respectively.
I have opted for the plan as per my business needs. If I am to offer an inferior service, there is no point for me to pay a higher bill. Please do the needful and rectify the Internet speed as per the plan opted.
Moreover, I am unable to check my data usage as I am not able to log to BSNL portal. Though I have registered with the portal long back, it always says, "The customer verification process is in progress, sorry for the delay" even after months. Please let me know if anything needs to be done in this regard.
