BSNL — I have recharged twice and they don't extend the validity twice | |||
Hi, I have recharged 2 times with validity extension plan on march 4th for my mobile number from the paytm app. But i have received the plan only once. The transaction is successful both times.. Mobile number :[protected] 1st transaction on march 4th, 3:04pm With order id :[protected] and operator reference id:[protected] 2nd transaction on march 4th, 7:15pm With order id :[protected] and operator reference id:[protected], I need the validity to be 180 days or refund the amount They didn't mentioned any ware like if you recharge twice validity won't increase twice Please find the below screenshots for the reference Was this information helpful? | |||
