BSNL — I have recharged twice and they don't extend the validity twice

Hi,
I have recharged 2 times with validity extension plan on march 4th for my mobile number from the paytm app. But i have received the plan only once.
The transaction is successful both times..
Mobile number :[protected]
1st transaction on march 4th, 3:04pm
With order id :[protected] and operator reference id:[protected]
2nd transaction on march 4th, 7:15pm
With order id :[protected] and operator reference id:[protected],
I need the validity to be 180 days or refund the amount

They didn't mentioned any ware like if you recharge twice validity won't increase twice
