BSNL — no incoming or outgoing messages

I got the new 4g nano sim with exchange of micro sim number [protected] at bsnl office on 6th may and it got activated after 24 hrs.. Only incoming and outgoing calls are working.. No incoming sms and outgoing sms since then.. Upon enquiring they said wait for another 12 hrs.. But issues not resolved yet.. Kindly look into it and help me get my bsnl sim working. Thank you.

My mobile phone has been stolen. I have complained in the police station and informed the network provider to block the mobile phone. Network provider (BSNL) denied to blacklist(IMEI) the phone. I want to blacklist (IMEI) the phone that was stolen.

LAND LINE NO [protected] NOT WORKING FROM 27.04.2019. Registered complaint through 198 No. i.e automatic complaint system. Even after 4days complaint not resolved

Dear Sir/Madam
I am Chandan P, I lost my cellphone with BSNL Sim card above mention no today the date is 03/05/2019 near chickkamagalore town.. it was using my cousin with my permission..

Kindly Accept and register my complaint to bring duplicate SIM as same NUMBER..
