Dear Sir/Madam,
We have been using[protected] landline for the last close to 2 decades. In 2011 we have raised a request to bar outgoing calls on this number. But in Jun 2015 we have requested to activate the basic 675/- broadband plan on the same number expecting we would get to make calls and browse internet.
We only got to browse the internet, making calls was still a long shot. I have visited BSNL Vizag few times and seeked help. They made me run pillar to post. I have lately realised that the great minds working with BSNL at Vizag have granted only local call facility (landline only) though the BB plan is supposed to activate all kinds of outgoing calls by default. So the bottom line is I'm being over charged for the underrated services of BSNL. Not able to utilise the promised services of the BB plan.
Request you to address this issue ASAP and also look at compensating me for the extra cost I bore.
