Since last 3 months, due to breakdown of tower(s), it is becoming quite irritating to use BSNL mobile as the signal is not received in home as well as at work-place right in the heart of Ponda city. Whenever approached, we get only one reply from the BSNL office that they can do nothing as the towers have failed. Is it beyond repairs, then shutdown the services and close Ponda exchange...
