I have recharged BSNL mobile number of Rs.220 through phonePay . Transaction was successful and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. Even after 24 hours, it is not reflected in the mobile number and still cannot make an outgoing call or sms. Wrote an email to [protected]@bsnl.co.in, but still no response. Tried to contact the customer care but call is not connecting due to zero account balance.
