BSNL — Reporting loss of sim and blocking

Severals attempts were made to reach out the customer care @1503 and [protected] ( Toll free).But CSE says they cannot do it at their end because I have reached MH instead Jharkhand .I wonder why this company still exists it should be shut down long ago.Not a single phone number neither any email is working.

I never knew, to block a sim to avoid unauthorized usage is such a tiresome job.

Please assist me to block my sim to avoid any unauthorized usage of the sim.
