BSNL — Security deposit refund after disconnection of connection. | |||||
I had a BSNL Landline & Broadband connection which I surrendered in March 2020. At the time of disconnection, I have given my address details which has been same for more than 20 years. My mobile no. as well as Bank account details to them to give me the refund. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A YEAR SINCE I GOT MY CONNECTION DISCONNECTED. I have still NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND. When I connect with BSNL office or any of their employees, they say that you will get the refund soon on your address via a cheque. But no refund till today. Please help. Thanks.
