[Resolved]  BSNL Tarnaka, Hyderabad — phone no.27018278.

The above phone is not working properly for the last 5 yrs.There is noise and lot of disturbance making it senseless to continue any further.I am a retired senior SBI official and unable to visit your office at tarnaka repeatedly.I had complained scoreless times without any proper rectification.I have always recieved a static reply we are attending, there is fault in the cable line.Please let the authorities make me understand whether i should bear this how long.While i visited your office number of times my last visit proved to be memorable.The concerned AE regardless of my age shouted at me and asked me to go and complain against him wherever i like. This attitude has shocked me.Well i have great regard to age old organisation BSNL but the experiance has caused me and my wife agony.
While she is asking me to send a letter requesting for disconnection, but still i have a ray of hope that some one in the organisation will come to my rescue.Please help me.
