[Resolved] BSNL — wrong mobile number recharged | |||||
Today around 15:16, I recharged a wrong mobile number i.e [removed] of Rs. 1699 using online recharge paytm. Immediately, I realized my mistake as I did not receive any notification. Soon, I raised a request at Paytm but I was told to reach BSNL office for resolution. Below is the response of the Paytm(‘operator reference number ORN - [protected]) . "• We would not be able to modify your order [protected] of recharge for mobile number [protected] as it has been successful as confirmed by Bsnl and top-up/balance/recharge benefits has already been given to the number • Please get in touch with Bsnl directly to resolve this issue, mentioning below details: 1. Operator Reference Number: [protected] 2. Mobile number recharged: [protected] 3. Correct mobile number you wanted to recharge. " Correct mobile number [removed] I even contacted the person and the person is fine/ok with reversing the services. I request you to transfer the same recharge services to [removed].
