BSNL — WRONG RECHARGE REVERSAL | |||
Sir/Madam, my recharge flexi no. is[protected], I have done a wrong recharge for no., [protected] amount 200/- reference no. is [protected], for which I requested a reversal from BSNL, they told me the procedure but at first I was unable to send the message after contacting BSNL costumer care finally i was able to send the message, but then it wasn't accepted saying Transaction time duration should not be greater than 6 hours, after again calling coustmer care they say they cannot refund amount of 200/- please help. sir/madam my recharge of flexi no [protected], i have done a wrong recharge for no, .[protected] amount 230 reference no, is [protected], for which i requested a reversal from bsnl, they told me the procedure but at first i was unable to send message after contacting bsnl customer care finally i was able to send the message, but then it wasn't accepted saying transaction time duration should not be lower than 15 min, after again calling customer care they are not accepting i cannot refund of 230- please help

Iam from Gandhidham. This I recharged my mobile number [protected] but it was wrongly typed by shope keeper and went on [protected]. Rs 349. Pls help me. And shope took my money also, they are it will not refunded
