Dear Sir / Madam,

Myself Ms. Premsheela Jha having consumer no[protected], our home town is in Madhubani disctrict but we are residing at Mumbai.

We are getting heavy electricity bill even though we are not using it. we request you to please check this as paying such huge electricity bill is causing us financial difficulties. according to me, we should be charged only with the Meter maintainence cost.

We request to kindly look into the matter and solve the issue as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/Mam,
I have submitted application on 28.08.2020 at Hisua power house (Nawada) regarding the correction of abnormal reading of the meter.
I was asked to submit 590 rupees as meter testing fees on 28.08.20 and a receipt is given to me. They told that technician will visit your home and after that issue will be resolved.
But till now, no one visited at my home even after 81 days.
I have visited again and again to the office during these days, but no one is resolving the issue.
Kindly do the needful action.

It is very disheartening to note that new electronic metered has been fixed at our permanent address Q no 75 chitkohra bazar Punjabi colony patna anisabad Bihar before 3 - 4 months back. It has been told by the authority that it has to be recharged for consumption for electricity and if it is not recharged then electricity light automatically cut off. Now on 31 oct d we got the message that - 169.32 Paisa is in negative balance and again today also we got the message that you have -254.78 Paisa is having with us account. We would like to say that electricity line had already cutted off one.week back, then why the bill amount is increasing day by day if we do not consumpting the electricity. We already lodge the complainant but nobody is replying. This way the Bihar govt looting the money of lower class people. We are mentally dispressed and no body is listening our voice or replying to us. Our Cl no is[protected] in the name of lakhbir singh.
Pls help us to sort our problem.

No any service has been given by them . Even they did not call and mailed too. We are contineouly taking up with official . They even not talking and make our calls on blacklist. How they are irritating us we cannot express our view. Pls help us.

I Vivek Kumar, Resident-kanar Hariharpur, Block- NAGRA, CHHAPRA, SARAN, pin-841414, I want to inform you that electricity has not been coming on time in the last two months in our village. Power comes for only 4-5 hours which is not continuous. Due to lack of electricity, people have to face poisonous snakes in the dark in the evening. Due to lack of electricity, people have to sleep outside their house to escape the heat. No one answers the call when calling at the electricity department office here. I and my colleagues have complained to the JEE many times over the phone but he abuses us. My humble request to you is that you please take action on this complaint of mine and ensure that people get electricity for 15-16 hours here. Thank you .

I would like to highlight this electric outage issue in katihar district binodpur mohalla. Their is no one to take any action. We are suffering from electric outage in this filthy summer. I am posting this issue to the central as well as every social media sites to take this issue with utmost importance. There are senior citizens and children who are suffering from dehydration. Pls take the action as soon as possible. It been heard that due to araria election this electricity scarcity happened.

For the consent authority, I want to draw attention towards a dangerously low high-tension wire in our street. It is causing quite trouble for us to manage our day to day movement . It is prone to fatal accident.

I am a consumer of electricity supplied by bsphcl.in my block 9 of village tarar, sanhaulla, bhagalpur, power supply is of too poor voltage, often less than 100 volts. We cannot use fan, even lcd bulb is dim.in other blocs of my village the supply is fine.

Our complaint to the local officials have been of no avail. Everyone passes the buck to others and the problem remains.

I surprise how these type of super fraud company get tender. These type of company very good in documentation and it's necessary arrangements.

But at work site, a huge scandal manpower. Only money making process with the name of employe with employer.

A site engg is beng paid rs13k many more people at different position.
Now at this price, you can calculate quality. How they been fruitful. They are signed crores of erection supply bills, which they don't know about a bite.
As far i know, bsphcl paid lots with benifit for their pma employees position.

Just playing, super # pma knows everything, all management known to this.
Scandals are played unknowingly, now time came to kick back like corona virus.

Also others state electricity board should learn from bihar project, pma (Mtcpl). Beware.

I used to receive average bill (Which is too more than the actual),
I have received my second bill of more than 2000 rs which was too high as peer meter reading, they have created will of 491 unit but actual reading was 387 on that time. I have registered a complain ([protected]) to correct my bill, but no one has taken any action on the same i have also register many other complain again this issue. But still they use to generate average bill after that as well.

No one use to visit to take actual reading and they generate the average bills.

Now i have received another bill of 94 days of 125 unit which also not a actual reading.

Now my bill amount is 2884

I am not going to pay any bill till this issue will not resolved.

Please do the needful asap.

I, shyamdev Singh consumer of south bihar power distribution co.ltd. vide consumer no [protected] at sub division Arwal and consumer account no krth3300. My resedential address is village banipur, police station Kurtha, dist- arwal, state bihar.
I was complain about wrong pattern of electricity bill deductions. Details of reading of Meter as per sbpdcl bill for last six month is Oct-67, Nov-34, Dec-190, Jan-273, Feb-205, Mar-226units. As per bill no[protected] dt 20 Mar 2020 amount is Rs 2559. My house was closed and all light points incl main mcb are switch off since last three months expected 10-12 days. How it is possible reading of last three month is greater than previous three month reading and behaviour of staff of electricity bord is not to good and rubbish. Staff of SBPDCL Meter reader mantu kumar (MRC-14) behaviour is very poor and his noted wrong reading of Meter due to personall relation is not good with mantu Kumar. This complain was already published in written and personally with local Office of SBPDCL ARWAL and KURTHA but not positive responded by the same. Same case was faced during last bill paid time in the month of dec 2019.

This company is playing with your project. Without proper verification at site false erection erection supply bills are getting verified.

Rosera, sitamarhi division etc...

Actually employee hire by medhaj is useless at division level. If you minutely and confidently observe, they are from different fields other than, which deputed for work. Like bigbazar saleboy exp, performing site engg role, giving singn on erection erection supply bills documents, which crores value.

This is just trailer of medhaj techno concept pvt ltd.

I think, this should bar from bihar project currently. Get built committee for verification and punish them badly.

This is worst pma for bihar project, especially reconductoring.

Scandal are already played. Now comes time for removal them from bihar project like corona virus.

My sincere request from responsible authorities of BSPHCL, kindly do needful. Your BSPHCL huge team self capable, no need of PMA.

If quality quantity not improving, then why to spend huge figures of money on PMA.

This money can be use in further extensions in KM of LT/HT lines, isn't?

Kindly review on it.

If you confidently observe, you may find truth on ground level. Possible inner people may involve. So take team, on whom you believe.

There is some problem in bijli board from 2 days, 17 jan 2020. I complain about this but they not given any response, and don't send any electrician to resolve the concern. we facing too many problem without light connection at my home.
