Sir with due respect i would like to inform that i have tried all possible ways to request all the concern authorities but the plea is unheard for the removal of 11kv line from my residential land. There is government land available from which the line can be taken. Because of construction of too many houses that maintainable is also getting tough. So i request you to please remove the like so that i construction work can be started at the earliest.
An electric Pole is placed in from my plot and it is very difficult for me to any kind of work.
Please remove it and shift it to another place
I will be very grateful to you

    damaged electric pole

    This is a complain regarding the bad condition of an electric pole which is installed in the front of a House (Narayan Niwas) in Niti bagh, Rukanpura, near veena Vihar apartment. The electric pole is damaged and is mounted with heavy load of 4 high tension wires installed diagonally across the road. Any incident may be fatal and therefore I urge the authorities to take prompt measures and replace the electric pole immediately....

    I am a pensioner living in B 202, srijavihar apartment asiananagar, Patna. Usually I stay outside Patna, this month too, I was away from 10th June and will return Patna on 12 July. I am shocked when I saw online bill of Rs 29937. I enquired a neighbor, who advised me that meter reader was telling that the bill is wrong, but now it can be amended by heigher authorities. I shall be obliged if you will please arrange for revised meter reading.

      Hi sir,

      We are residing in subhas Nagar, kheminichak.
      We are having big issue to low voltage in that area, it is since long time and we are facing this all the time, maximum voltage we are getting is approx 120 V and average it is below 100V. Even because of this we are not able to run fridge, cooler and this is also causing water motor not running.
      Main reason for this is heavy load on single transformer because area have developed alot but new transfer has never introduced.
      Please look into this issue.
      This is not acceptable at all even though new wire have been used we haven’t got electricity from yesterday
      after little rain and breeze we face power cut this is not convenient in any manner, many works are pending due to slag in electricity
      kindly be a responsible person and do your duty with pride.
      It's been raining since 2 days we know but we request you to give back line because we actually need to complete our necessities at least like filing the water tank, charging, cooking etc. So I request you to give back light or line in our area asap.

        I would like to inform you that I had applied for new connection on 30th April 2019 and submitted all the required documents in the office.
        At the sameI had a word with JE Mr. Raju Kumar ([protected]) he said that within a week the connection will be done.
        After one week I called him he always make some excuses and ask me to meet personally.
        I would like to know how much time it will take to resolve this problem.

          My neighbor Mr. Ram prit Singh, consumer id[protected] is using rural as well as urban electricity but bill is coming only for urban electricity.
          Total bill o[censored]rban electricity is paid by their renter. Urban electricity connection includes renter portion and motor of ram prit Singh and rural connection includes the portion used by Ram prit Singh. And the bill comes only for urban connection having consumer id[protected].
          This is for your information and necessary action.
          Sir, i wanted to know, what is the procedure to remove a village level franchisee if he is found guilty. in which section of indian electricity act 2003, this removal process is mentioned.

            I have been paying bill on time each month and this month my electricity bill came inr 17654. From last more than 6months my electricity bill was coming around 100-200 inr which i already paid on time each and every month. My consumer i. D is aaeb2c64, account no.[protected], bill no. [protected], bill date 14/05/2019. Each and every month i have paid my bill on time.. From last 6month the electricity bill was inbetween 100-200 inr and suddenly for last month it reached more than inr 17000 when i do not use ac which can lead to a heavy bill amount.

            I would like inform via this forum that, even after paying installation charges on 8/11/2018 till today electricity was not given to my place.
            On visiting to power house never Inget proper response.
            Request to take proper action so that I can get electricity.

Normally i get the bill of 110-200 rs per month but the bill online 8606 rs from april 2018 to april 2019 increased too much...500 rs a month and normally we have power cut in my area and one most important thing, i am not recieved any bill from more then year, as per gov rule, i need to pay late fine as well kindly rectify my all issue late bill unwanted raise electricity bill. Kindly do the needful in regards.

                        This is regarding the ongoing work in my village - shripalpur, punpun, patna. I want to complain the corruption case ongoing in the new electrical mast installation happening in my village. Generally new mast is fixed in the earth with some concrete and cement, but in my village all the masts have been just fixed in the ground i. E. A pit has been dug and mast is placed without any ciment work, which make these electric pole succesptible to fall or bend in case of either after putting load or due to rain. It is my humble request to please look into the matter.

                          And the most important thing is the calculated amount is also wrong
                          I calculated the amount sum is 337.12 rs and you sent me the bill of 768.0 rs

                                पिछले 6 माह से बिजली का बिल नही आया है।
                                पिछले 4 माह से मैं खुद ही बिजली आफिस से बिल निलकलवा कर भुगतान कर रहा हूँ।
                                पर पीछे 2 माह से आफिस से भी बिल ना निकलने के कारण भुगतान नही हो पा रहा हैं।

After the complaint one of your staff of electric office called me and asked some questions about address and all and told me that my electric connection will be done tomorrow and demanded some unreasonable money to me due to which our work is pending yet.
