I want to inform you i have received an electricity of amount rs.3413 for the month of nov.2018 which is wrong bill generated because no any a. C was running in that month but bill is same as comes in sel-oct18. I request you please resolve this issue.

I am residing in pragati nagar ward no.35 bettiah... New wires have been installed but no connection has been provided even after 6 months of installation.
Moreover old wires are still lying on electricity poles.

My mobile number is [protected]. I am electrical executive engineer of pesu east circle. My mobile number is given in just dial. Kindly remove my number. I am getting too much unnecessary calls. Due to this my own emergency calls are getting missed. My own necessary works getting hampered. Do this as soon as possible so that i can do my own job peacefully.

I am living in a 2 bedroom flat in which only 1 bedroom is in use with very few appliances. My electricity bill is very high as per my use. It is 2000 rupees per month which is not a genuine amount. I am bot able to pay this much bill as my parent's income is very low. This time the bill amount is nearly 10000. So i request you to please look over my problem. I had a check on the meter but it did not get resolved. I hope my problem will be resolved as soon as possible.

In our village bichhway under lakhisarai dist., here elecrtic transformer is burned since 25th july 2018. But no-one engineer has visited this place to resolve this issue. I have complained nearest power satation. All villegers are facing problems due to this. Please look into this matter and do the needful. So many consumers are connected by this transformer.

I am citizen of begusarai bihar.. I have a complaint regarding electricity supply in my area bishnupur begusarai bihar pincode-851129. We all are suffering here due to very less electricity supply eventhough pay electricity bill regularly.. We are unable to do our basic work due less electricity supply.. Like stopped water supply, less sleep, mobile discharge, everything idle.. So i request you to please show some concern for the same.

आवेदन भरने में प्रथम एवं द्वितीय step तक हमें कोई परेशानी नहीं हुई
परन्तु अंतिम चरण में आवेदन शुल्क चरण में मेरा account से rs 1500 कटने के बाद भी अगला step नहीं आया
मैंने पुनः प्रयास किया परन्तु फिर से rs 1500 कट गया परन्तु इसके बाद भी अगला process नहीं आया

इस तरह बार बार प्रयास करने से मेरे account से कुल rs 6000 रूपए कट गए

परन्तु रूपए तो कट गया और अगला process नहीं दिखा

कृपया हमारी मदद करें

There is no electricity in the village sanokhar via ekchari, kahalgaon. We read the news that the transformer has been set up and is to be charged 36hours. But now it is nearly55 hours. Is the transformer still charging? Please do some necessary tasks to provide the electricity. There is no electricity means there is no water as the motor doesn't work. We are suffering a lot. There is a lot of heat. We are felling mesirable. Please help us.

I have took admission in b. Sc. Computer s. D. S. M. College palghar in mumbai university. He is not agree to give me mark sheet or any document without verification. Sir i personally visit two to three times in patna board office. Always he says me that it will be clear today. But still it is pending.

There is no electricity in the village sanokhar near ekchari kahalgaon. The power cut is now more than for 20hours. Everyone is suffering in the village. The water level of the wells are too low in this season of summer. The supply water which is the only hope for this village for drinking and other purposes is not coming in motor due to power cut. The people who are living in sanokhar are having a very hard time. Please perform the necessary task to relieve us from hot weather.

I am a valid consumer of electricity department. Our electricity sub station is bihiya, bhojpur.
My village is
Umraoganj, po - umraoganj, ps bihiya, panchayat - karja, distt - bhojpur, pin-802166, bihar.

I have shifted here my family within a month. I am a valid consumer of electricity board, i have few genuine complaint against bihiya sub station.
1. Sub station fail to supply continues power for half an hour's in day time. Ie power cut in every 5 to 10 minutes. But voltage remain good.
2. During evening time when children require study, the electic voltage goes such low that even led bulbs doesn't glow. And it continues whole night.

It's a daily routine, and not a matter of a day.
I personally contact available employee of bihiya electric sub station, who are responsible for electricity supply in our village, but no one take any interest in my complaint and not even write a complain.

It means there is something wrong going on there and in daily evening time the employee of bihiya electric sub station are providing illegal electric supply to small factories such as ice cream factory, bakery, etc. And this electricity is shared from our village supply. These small factories are using high capacity stabilizer and thus no proper voltage of electricity is reaching in our village.

This is a high level curruption on daily basis.

Hope you will resolve the matter and punished the defaulters.

Please ensure proper electricity supply voltage during evening time so that children can study.

Sir i m from vill. Ramjanki tola sumbha gaji ghat disst. Khagaria. Ps. Alauli. Humare ganve mein pole lage huye 2 months ho gaye hai lekin humare tole mein abi tak cable nai lagai gai hai aur na hi bijli di gai hai jabki pure ganve mein bijli provied kara di gai hai. Contractor se baat ki toh wo bas time oe time diye ja rha hai lakin koi action nai le rha hai contractor ka no. [protected] hai please take action for this quckly

Sir,
I am from village - balikarna, post office - kara, police station - jamhore, prakhand - barun, district - aurangabad, bihar-824124. Which has high population density.in this area no sufficient electric poles are so many far so pole wire hanging 4ft from way there so we are facing accident case. And also power supply is very low so that we can't get water also. So many times we complained to bedcpl but no any solution we have found.
Hence it requested to instruct the regarding officers to solve the above mentioned problem.

I have applied for electricity in my shop. I was provided with the electricity but the electricity metering device is not installed yet and due to this i am not receiving my monthly bills. I have made several written complaints to the sdo in the electricity department till date in the last 4 months but still it's not installed. I won't be able to pay the electricity bill for the whole year at once. So i hereby request you to look into this matter and get the electricity meter fixed in my shop.

Sir, i have filed my application twice for electricity meter exchange but there is no action taken by electricity board till now.

Its very disappointing that voltage is very low at sultangunj area, patna bihar area. Where frequent power cut is also done on daily basis, due to which many problems observed on daily basis.
I request you to kindly look into this matter.

Mai chakka tola gao, barharia block, siwan district, bihar ka rahne wala hun..
Hamare yaha gao me sirf 1-2 ghanta light rahti hai.. Hamne bijli vibhag siwan me bhi bahut baar complaint kiya lekin koi responce nahi mila... Or wo kahte hai k ye bihar hai ye nahi sudherega.. Ham log bdo, co, jee siwan, anumandal log shikyat har jagah complaint kiya lekin koi fayeda nahi... Aapse request hai ki is samasya ko dur kare
