Dear Sir/Madam, I want to pull your attention on the irregular/ not constant power supply with correct volt and ampere which is causing many home appliances defectiveness and also couldn't take proper usefulness of the uninterrupted power supply in biharsharif nalanda Area. It is always ups and down in the voltage which creates really a hectic circumstances in the area. Please take proper action to eradicate the situation and save the money. thx prakash priye

      Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I, Pradeep Kumar Jain, have been receiving very high electricity bill for domestic use since the month of June, 2014. Consumer ID for the same is: 18472/SPL/DS/7120. This sudden increase in electricity bill is due to the wrong meter reading, with meter number as D/S 7120, taken by the meter reader. Below are the meter readings taken by the concerned person on the respective dates. 17.06.[protected] Units 27.07.[protected] Units 30.08.[protected] Units Meter reading was taken by a different person in the month of June than in the month of July and August. Just by looking at the meter reading trend itself, we can say that the meter reading in June, 2014 is incorrect and unacceptable. I have already sent twice complaint letter to the Executive Engineer, Electricity, Supaul, but didn't receive any response for the same. Details of the complaint letter sent are below: Letter sent by registered post having receipt number: ARF[protected]IN dated: 11.08.2014. And Letter sent by registered post having receipt number: ARF[protected]IN dated: 10.09.2014. Also the same complaint has been raised to the SDO, Electricity, Supaul, dated: 10.09.2014 personally as well as by registered post with receipt number: ARF[protected]IN dated: 29.09.2014. Bill numbers against which this complaint is registered are:[protected]June),[protected]July), and[protected]August),[protected]September). Kindly look into this matter and send the revised electricity bill. It is a sincere request to you to send this updated bill as soon as possible for immediate payment of the pending bills.         as i am the consumer of paliganj patna . my electricity bill of aug14. is totally wrong . while i am not use such consumable electric ecuipment my bill was for 1738 unit a month. is it possible. please amend it. it is not only for me but also lot of people suffering for that problem in this matter.

              1. Please refer consumer ID : SAH 145 / LSR 4198 in the name of Smt Paduma Devi of Sahganj Benta, , Laheriasarai, Darbhanga.

              2. My mother has received a Bill for an amount of Rs 607 /- for the month of April 2014.It is submitted that
              house is closed since mid Fab.

              3. Meter Reading as on 31 Jan 14 was 11134 and present reading is 11192.In between I have already paid
              an amount of Rs 646 /- on 18 Apr 14.Main problem is, the Meter Reader doesn't has the time to let the house
              opened up for Meter Reading.

              4. It is requested that please instruct the Meter Reader to take the reading.My mother, 80 yrs, lives alone
              in Darbhanga as per her choice and I look after her bills from Delhi.

                Dear Sir, I am staying in hajipur Rajput nagar on rent basis from past 2 years and in this area of road no 3, 4, 5 generally the electricity bill comes on a fix tarrif by electricity department but the owner in this area has fixed unauthorised miter in there house and charging unauthorised rates from his renter for example the owner is earning 2000 p/m and there actual bill is 300 Rs as we are a renter and ask so many times to install the authorised miter but still no action is taken so sir i request you to take necessary action against those people who has practicing this activity,

                  Dear Sir, I am the son of consumer account No NA20045 in Nawada District of Bihar State which comes under the jurisdiction of SBPDCL. Me and my father was residing in outside of state in past two or three years. Only younger brother is residing in native district of some other locality. I am the responsible for payment of energy bill of my house. Due to outsider resident, I pay my entire bill through online commencing from Nov 2013 but after seeing the bill of Dec 2013, I am very frustrating to see the bill which come to Rs 56187/- and meter reading shown as 12155. Immediately, I call to my father and brother to check the actual status and meet to Meter Reader of my area and request to take the images and further to submit a letter to concern division head with request to correction the bill based on actual meter reading. Accordingly, my brother was follow to entire rules as Electricity Department asked and submit an application to Assistant Electrical Engineer on 24 Jan 2014 with all the proofs. A images of meter is enclosed for your ready reference. At the time of 24 Jan 2014 and that time my meter reading was shown as 2213. Sir, I am trying in three months to correct my bills through personally or mobile but neither any action hear nor any intimation received from Nawada Electricity Office inspite of repeated request made by my father and brother. After waiting of two valuable months, I filling two online complain through SBPDCL website for early correction of my bills but department has not to correct my energy bills till date. Lastly, I have come to my home since Mar 2014 and tried to resolve the issue but again failed to do so. I am also serving Central Govt Ministry Employee and found that working culture of electricity department is different other department of Bihar In view of above, I am not understand to how the consumer is responsible for this type of error. Inspite of above, electricity department have not taken any strict action against defaulter (who taking the wrong images of my meter and fwd to billing section without checking reading of LT Consumer whereas Tarriff category is DS-2A and connected Load is 3.00 KW are allocated) who mentally harass the consumer and not correct my bills . Hence, you are requested to please resolve the my long pending issue and you are my last and final hope / steps to pray for correction my bill.                     Sir/ Madam, As per previous complaint we are Happy to solve online payment issue of Bihar State Electricity Board, I hope it is continue in future. I want one new thing on it, we will see all user of Bihar State Electricity Board public on website just like Transparency Portal of every consumer to show the user are paid payment or not. If he/she paid payment of Bihar State Electricity Board is OK and he/she paid advance payment then thanks for he/she; but he/she not payment then against the public of his/her Neighbour ask them you not payment of Bihar State Electricity Board submit your payment otherwise you & I both are surfing without power supply. If this mentality are follow by the public or his/her neighbour for payment of Bihar State Electricity Board then not any dues amount of Electricity Supply Board and we get Bright of our Bihar State.                       I paras nath prasad of Tilsandi 512 village which comes under bahararia block under siwan rular sub division for electricity purpose.I was given connection under consumer ID SW 141325.I have been paying elec. bill on time but the bill are coming too high, which is due to defective meter.Techinician from siwan office have visited my home in early 2013 for routine meter checking.They have marked my meter for replacement but till date the meter is not replaced.Due to faulty meter my bill are coming high.This month i have paid RS 4776 as energy charges(Bill Id141325), priviously also i have paid Rs 5000.00.

                      It is therefore requested that fresh complaint be registered for faulty meter reading, and delay for replacement of faulty meter and my bill amount be reembersed at the earliest.

                        sir i am PREM RANJAN SINHA from CHAPRA, BIHAR SARAN DISTRICR on behalf of my MOTHER SHANTI DEVI want to lodge a complain against NORTH Bihar State Electricity Board for generating FALSE BILL and incorrect METER READING...In the month of SEPTEMBER i got a bill of rs 8094 and meter reading stated in the bill was 4479 units..BUT in actual 3269 units were consumed till then...In DECEMBER from internet i checked the bill and it was 9279 and units consumed were 4479 but till then only 3610 units were consumed..I gave many applications in the regional ELECTRICTY BOARD regarding correction of bill and gave my correct measured units also but nothing happenned..LASTLY i paid the FALSE bill in the month of FEBRUARY OF RS.9691 WHICH I HAVE GOT THE E-RECEIPT ALSO...BUT still today i.e on 13 of FEBRUARY when i checked the website it states a bill of rs 10098..please solve thsi bill problem as soon as possible as the FALSE BILL keeps increasing over month by month... Letter is received by JE but after long coordination yet my meter is not changes and i am shocked to see the bill of october2013. A huge amount is showing to pay.                           29092013.In the month of sep 13 you show my meter reading only 492 instead of
                          4920.as per bill dated 02112013.in the month of october 13 you shows meter
                          reading 4990 and previous reading 492 and given bill of Rs.32523.00, which is
                          totally wrong.In this content i says my meter reading in the month of aug 13 is
                          4771, and bill of Rs7620.00 int he month of oct 13 is meter reading is 4990.and
                          bill given by you Rs32523, reading increases only 219.How it can possible.hence
                          kindly rectify my bill accordingly.

                            For above mention connection No. there was a mistake in electricity bill provided in June 2012 by electricity department. In that bill, instead of consumption of 898 unit, it was mentioned as 8980 unit, In this regard I have provided my written complain thrice on 17/09/12, 25/12/12 & also on 20/3/13 to Asst Engineer Mr.Vinod Kumar & executive engineer Mr. Chandrasekhar Kumar post that Junior Engineer Mr.Manoj Kumar has visited my house, noted actual meter reading & taken load form with all details from me. But with painful experience, I am very sorry to say that nothing has been done till now to do correction in my bill. We are getting threatened by electricity department to pay billed amount of more than 50000 which has come due to mistake in consumption unit, otherwise they will disconnect electricity for my house. I request you to take necessary action & help us to get the correction done in my electricity bill at earliest possible, so that we can pay actual due immediately.

                                This is to inform to the Bihar Electricity Board from the villagers of SIRSIA BAZAR in Parihar Block under BELA Police station of Sitamarhi district in BIHAR STATE that we are in need with sufficient capacity of Transformer since last decade. Due to the under capacity of existing transformer resulted couple of times of its failure in form of Burning the coil. It has published into News Paper also last weak and delivered another OLD & USED transformer through the Transformer Distribution authority. It has also the same result and burnt today. We have sufficient evidence of last time transformer burnt case that the BOARD and related zonal division has furnished their bills for collection during the period in which there was no any working transformer and electricity too. We don't want to have same in repeated way and thats why this complain has been registered. Now as we are leaving into the developing era and this time Electricity become the part of Human lives and so we are deadly needing electricity with sufficient power availabilities. The concerned officers on meeting asking for MONEY as Bribe and on refuging to fulfill same, the concerned SDO and other officers simply using their power to make Harassment.                                     we have not receiving the electricity bill since last 3 month. we are paying it regularly but we have not received the bill after may 2013.
                                    Also may 2013 bill is paid but not showing and updated in the energy bill.I do not know how and when these will be updated.

                                      i naga bhushanam from meenakshi nagar. sir/madam i paid the electricity bill with penalty for the address flat no-C, firstfloor,plot no-11&12,meenakshi nagar,perungalathur, chennai-63 yesterday (i.e., 18/01/11) before that power supply has been stopped to our house with out any information to our neighbours because we are in andhra for the pongal. after that we came and we paid the bill & we asked that when the lineman will come to give supply they replied with in 2 to three hours but after 24hours also no lineman have came to give the supply.

                                        Dear Sir ,
                                        The bill for the month Jul 2013 relating to account no(Consumer ID)- ME 36648 & bill id. 82582926 is wrong due to wrong entry .I have been paying the bills on regular basis there fore the past reading as mention in the bill is wrongly taken as such the bill has mistaken kindly refer to my records on paper as well as physical meter be inspected if required and my bill be corrected so as i can pay the bill.
                                        Awaiting for a fast and prompt action.
