I had purchased an Airline ticket from BudgetAir.com on 16 April 2023, by using my Federal Bank Debit card. The purchase and transaction was successful, but the travel agent sent an email to me in few minutes that they are unable to confirm the booking with the Airline as the ticket fair which I purchased was unavailable during my time of purchase. BudgetAir provided wrong information in their website about low price and after purchase they informed that the ticket fair unavailable and issued the refund to my payment mode. It’s more than one and half months now, still I haven’t received the refund back in my account, even after multiple followups with BudgetAir.com and with Federal Bank. The purchase amount was ₹ 70364.00, still I’m in followups with both bank and Travel agent. Travel agent tells to check with the bank, but bank tells to check with travel agent
