I have booked a flight for 9th september, 2018 from montreal to mumbai. But need to reschedule the flight. So tried to contact budgetair via call and email. But not getting any response from them. Really it's worst experience. It's really impossible to contact them. I have tried to call almost 25 times but they didn't answer. Sent them mail as well. But got no response. Its really urgent to reschedule the flight. I am trying to contact them from 7th august, 2018. So it's a long wait.
I am wondering whether i will be be able to contact them or not!!!
If you go through the social networking site you can also find there a lot of grievances against budgetair.
Kindly help me out asap.
