Booked through Budgetair 2 return flights to Milan from Newcastle, flying with Ryanair.
Booked on 4 August.
Received Booking confirmation from Budgetair and itinerary from Ryanair
Had to verify my identity via Ryanair website. They could not find my booking. Called Ryanair they said the email address associated with my booking was not the email address I had used to book.
Contacted Budgetair – they insisted it was, and that I contact Ryanair.
Contacted Ryanair again – they told me they could not access my booking with the information I had and to contact Budgetair.
This went on and on in a loop of multiple emails. No-one resolved the issue and I am still unable to verify my identity, so cannot use the flights, without paying a fee at the airport.
Had to book new ones. Attempting to get a refund from Budgetair – they are not assisting and still insisting I contact Ryanair. Which I have told them on multiple occasions that I can’t do.

    Have booked ticket through budget air reference no.BIN-6173069. and informed me that ticket will be emailed, but got an email of booking failed.
    Refund will be deposited within 5/10days...
    Still not got refund, follow up with chat box Travis ..since booking failed ..but no satisfactory result.
    2.5 months passed. my Refund amount of Rs 31251.
    How to recover?

      I have booked a round trip from Australia - India under Booking reference : BAU-3735835 under Budget air website. Outbound trip has went, also when I am booking I have opted for change in flight option which I have paid extra charges in order to avoid additional service fee if I want to change my outbound or inbound(return) flight. However as I have opted for change in flight for return flight due to health issues and requested Budget Air team to postpone the return flight to different date and I have been chasing the team from past 5-6 days and till now they keep saying the issue has been assigned to specialized team where they are mentioning that they are facing error while trying to change the flight as per attached screenshot and also I am getting mails from budget air with a same response "Cancellation as per fair rules" multiple times irrespective what I am asking.

      Please refund my return flight fare which has been paid already as u are unable to change the flight due to error at your end and its not my responsibility and I will not bear for that, refund back my return flight charges and I will book return flight from my end .

      Day by day my return flight cost has been increasing, please refund my return flight fare asap so that I can book it separately or ESCALATE to higher officials i will speak with them . Don’t play with customer sentiments and make the customer to request multiple times.

        I purchased a ticket on Spirit Airline from them and cancelled it within 24 hours. According to US Department of transportation, such a cancellation should warrant a full refund. I contacted the airline a week after my cancellation and was informed it was informed the funds were released on the day of cancellation. Then I followed up with Budget Air. I could not find any working customer service phone lines. Eventually, I found an email address. My emails to them have been arduous to say the least. Each response has been generic, as though previous emails were neglected. I was told my case could be escalated but that also reached a dead end. One personnel said it will take 6 to 8 week another said 4 to 6 weeks. I also called their intermediary partners Travel Fusion who said they got the funds from Spirit Airlines and release to Budget Air. I sent all these correspondences to Budget Air and they keep insisting my refund is being processed. No clear concise timeline and it looks like I may have been scammed. Never use this agency is my advice.

          I booked the tickets from this site. this site didnt even gave us acknowledgmenet of payment. they cancelled our flight without any intimation. it didnt give me any refund. please help.

            I did not receive a refund for my 4 tickets from budget airlines and canceled them due to covid restrictions. upon checking with air india arlines they mentioned that they already transferred the refund to the agency but they are still denying it.

              I haven't received my refund yet for BIN-4339760. They have been telling me that the refund is not received from the airline yet. However, I already spoke to Vistara team and the refund is already processed to budgetair on 2nd June. It's almost more than 30 days. All the agents are providing different and take responses not aligned to anything. Please help in getting my refund.

                I had booked a Malindo Air flight from Bali to Mumbai (Layover at Kuala Lumpur) via Budgetair.in on 20th April, DOJ: 4th Jun 2022. Booking ID: BIN-4039903. One flight of my itenary was cancelled by the Airline and hence the whole booking got cancelled. I got a mail from Budgetair about the cancelled booking and refund initiation for the whole, but I haven't received an update or refund amount for the same since May 5th 2022.

                I have booked a flight through budgetair India . My middle name which is mentioned in the ticket it’s wrong . Several mails has been send to them since past 20 days there is no constructive reply . No amendment are made . Extremely unprofessional and there is no customer care number where you can contact them . I need urgent reply from them .
                Why necessary changes were not made where they have been intimated well in advance .

On the 7.4.22 the airline company, Nile Air, sent me an email saying they had cancelled the outbound flight.                     I have booked a flight for 9th september, 2018 from montreal to mumbai. But need to reschedule the flight. So tried to contact budgetair via call and email. But not getting any response from them. Really it's worst experience. It's really impossible to contact them. I have tried to call almost 25 times but they didn't answer. Sent them mail as well. But got no response. Its really urgent to reschedule the flight. I am trying to contact them from 7th august, 2018. So it's a long wait.
                    I am wondering whether i will be be able to contact them or not!!!
                    If you go through the social networking site you can also find there a lot of grievances against budgetair.
                    Kindly help me out asap.

                      On 29/05/2016 i tried to book ticket from dubai to trivandrum to be travelled on 20/8/16 by emirates. After successful transaction when the page returned to the budgetair site i got a message that "due to technical error ticket was not booked", but money has been deducted from my account and i even received ebs acknowledgement receipt for the deduction. I tried calling budgetair customer care number but it is switched off. What should i do to get the refund.
