Budgetticket.in — Booked flight ticket from BudgetTicket.in but didn't receive confirmation

Hi,

I have booked a flight from Bhubaneswar to Jaipur in www.budgetticket.in through SkyScanner website because it showed BudgetTicket offers cheaper price as compared to other agencies. After booking the flight ticket, BudgetTicket provided me a Booking reference number and money got deducted from my bank account. I did not get booking confirmation yet. I checked with the Airlines (Indigo) and it seems there is no ticket booked under my Name where as it hardly takes up to 20mins to generate PNR.
I tried reaching out to the helpdesk of BudgetTicket and it seems their customer care number is not reachable/switched off. Customer care number they have provided is - +91-[protected]
I have sent an email to their customer care team still did not get any response from them. Helpdesk mail id- [protected]@budgetticket.in
