D ear t ea m we have booked flight ticket by Sky scanner dated 13-4-24 via service provider budget ticket where we can see seats were available and money got debited from our account and we waited for more than 1hr for mail confirmation which we have not received later we called up customer care and got to know that thr is no seats available hence we tried to escalate it as if seats are not available how come it's reflecting in website about availability also we checked after 2hrs still seat availability for showing screen shot attached for same and customer care was not at all supportive also they stopped picking our call ..kindly look into our matter and we need Justice
