[Resolved]  Budgetticket.in — Fraud Website

I also purchased the ticket through Skyscanner for my parents from Bangalore to Delhi at ₹10592. But when I checked on the Spicejet airline nothing is visible. Seems like I am duped and fraud has happened. I need a full refund of my money.

This is not fraud Website. They sometimes do booking basis the Group and when your fly date is nearing 24hrs they will call you to confirm the booking. I was also in doubt initially whether they are fraud or fake but believe me my Ticket got confirmed and got the seat as well.

They are doing group booking, that's why PNR is not working on the airline website. It will be updated at the time of web-check in.

Hi Sandeepnangia's, I contacted the Spicejet team, they told me it is group booking and names will be updated 12 hours before the flight. Both Spiceject and Budgetticket told me this, i am not sure but hope it is correct :)

Thanks for your reply, hoping that you are 100% correct, however, I tried contacting Budgetticket care number, but no one is responding except IVR menu. None of the customer care person was aligned. Let's wait n watch till 8th Dec. In the mean time let me also check with SpiceJet customer care.

Hi Apporv,
I contacted with SpiceJet Customer care on 3rd December'23 and informed them everything about this. They assured me that your booking will be confirmed before 12-24hrs under Group PNR. And they also told that it is not fake, with this I am little confident. Rest let's wait n watch how things goes.

I am in the same situation. I booked today Ahmedabad to chennai and got the pnr no but airlines webchek in say invalid pnrno. Mytravel is for 06 jan
