I have booked a ticket from Pune to Bangalore on 15th November 2024 for Akasa Airline- Travel date is 1st January 2025.
PNR number given on the ticket is invalid.
That means this budget ticket.in website is fraud.

Money was debited, but no confirmation was received. When contacting customer care, they were informed like ticket price was increased, and asking me extra money, once i said i need refund, they do not accepting my calls, and not responding to my mails . kindly help me with my refund amound, which i have paid, 1, 30, 616 rs,

D ear t ea m we have booked flight ticket by Sky scanner dated 13-4-24 via service provider budget ticket where we can see seats were available and money got debited from our account and we waited for more than 1hr for mail confirmation which we have not received later we called up customer care and got to know that thr is no seats available hence we tried to escalate it as if seats are not available how come it's reflecting in website about...

My name is imran ali khan, Couple of minutes ago I was on skyscanner trying to make a flight booking from BOM - DEL for 19 April. Where in i have selected the amount and went once to the payment page it gave me a Scanner to scan and make the payment for Rs - 10, 892, to which I have made the payment later the page did not go further and the booking was not made.

I kindly request you to please look into it and refund my money back.

Hi I had booked a one way ticket about an hour back via Skyscanner from budgetticket.in. for Air India Express from Mumbai to Sharjah on Budgetticket.in on 13th April. The amount deducted from my bank account is Rs. 21750 however it showed as booking status pending and no confirmation given. Is this site a scam as I am not getting any response to my emails and calls as well. Please help.

I booked an air ticket through budgetticket.in and it is fraud

I have booked my return journey dated 27th Dec 2023 and the ticket showed non refundable. i have received the confirmation from the budgetticket.in website on the ticket dates as per my schedule. However due to their system error they have booked my tickets for 27th Nov 2023. when i am contacting them regarding this, there is no response what so ever. They have not been co operative of any sort....

I wanted to book flight tickets from bengaluru to delhi for 26th January, I went to skyscanner and it redirected me to budgetticket.in with lowest fare. I booked flights for three passengers and paid 21627. But I'm not able to see PNR on SpiceJet site. Is this site fraud??...

I booked a ticket on budget ticket which was showing in skyscanner. in. The amount was 12, 060. The amount was debited from my credit card but the ticket was not booked. The PNR number - W6YHNR....

I also purchased the ticket through Skyscanner for my parents from Bangalore to Delhi at ₹10592. But when I checked on the Spicejet airline nothing is visible. Seems like I am duped and fraud has happened. I need a full refund of my money....

On Skyscanner I saw this website and booked a ticket from Ahmedabad to Delhi they even sent me a e ticket on my mail instantly but when I tried to track the PNR on flight website it is not showing any such Booking tried to reach the customer care there was no response they looted me with my money

I tried to book a ticket from Udaipur to Bangalore via Budget ticket. However, my money got debited but I got an "Invalid Error" message on the website, and no ticket was booked. No one is answering the customer care number. This seems to be a scam. Please help....

I was searching for air tickets from Delhi to Mumbai on 29th Oct via Skyscanner. It gave me the cheapest option on Budgetticket.com. I paid via my credit card but got no update till 2hrs. I want my refund back. Please help

I am writing to seek your assistance in resolving a pressing matter concerning a transaction with Budget Ticket Company.

On 11th January 2023, I booked a ticket from Delhi to Kolkata through the Budget Ticket Portal, and an amount of Rs 6, 741.81 was deducted from my SBI Credit Card. However, despite the deduction, the ticket was not booked. In response, I immediately contacted Budget Ticket Help Desk at the provided number, and they assured me that the refund would be processed within 5-7 working days to the same payment mode.

Regrettably, as of my last communication with Budget Ticket, dated October 11, 2023, the promised refund has not been credited to my account. I have attached a screenshot of my bank transaction details for your reference. Despite their communication that the money had been refunded, I have yet to see the reimbursement in my account.

I kindly request your support and intervention in helping me retrieve the refund from Budget Ticket Company. I have attached the email communication from Budget Ticket's Help Desk, which confirms their commitment to the refund.

Booked flight from Pune to Delhi. Amount was around 5500. I paid through UPI but the flight didn't book at all. No response from customer care. No reply on email.

I wanted to book tickets from Bangalore to Delhi and they have deducted the amount without giving me a ticket. They said ticket fare has gone up. But when I called customer support. No response. They are looting customers

When I was booking an air tickets from budgetticket.in website for Nagpur to Pune, the money got deducted from my account 16582/- Rs. and they showed a message that don’t book another tickets since your booking was not successful and we will get back to you. I had called their customer service and they said that we have initiated a refund but since last 7 days it’s not yet refunded and nobody from their customer services receiving any calls and no response on the emails.

This budget ticket website is totally a scam and they are looting the folks. A strict actions has to be taken against them and they have to shut down their site permanently in order to avoid such scams.

I booked a flight from Lko to Bom for 21.06.2023. An amount of Rs.7403 got deducted but the ticket was not booked. The customer support number is not responding. Kindly help me in this regard.

Booked a flight from HYD-VTZ. Amount of Rs.3186.62 has been deducted from my bank to merchant's bank. No confirmation at the payment page. Just a dialog box showing "Unknown Error" though money has been deducted.

I was supposed to book the ticket on the Budgetticker website and after reading your review I dropped the idea to book through them.

DIRECT Flight from BLR to UDR was showing 6350 whereas all other websites including airlines showed 11, 000+ which is almost impossible to have this large price difference.
The lower price was tempting but when i reviewed on google, I found they are running some kind of scam while offering cheapest flight ticket which is not possible by any means.

I have booked tickets for bagdogra to Delhi, it's show your booking is confirmed, and amount rs 16, 480 is deducted from my account but when I check in to there website again and on gofirst website they are showing error and asking to fill correct details, please help me to get my refund,

Booked tickets on 2 May. Total amount deducted was Rs. 6400. Received pnr as E46TPY in GoFirst. But cannot find my name in GoFirst website.

Today on 13th April 2023, i have booked flight ticket using Budgetticket.in and my amount was deducted and i got the PNR number and booking reference number for Air Asia but when i check that in AIR Asia and there was no PNR with the PNR i got.
