I had booked a flight from Bombay to Bangalore but had to cancel it within 24 hours of booking. I received the refund message from the airlines but I am unable to get in touch with budgetticket. They have not been responding to my mails or calls despite multiple attempts. It’s been almost 7 days....

I have booked a flight from Bhubaneswar to Jaipur in www.budgetticket.in through SkyScanner website because it showed BudgetTicket offers cheaper price as compared to other agencies. After booking the flight ticket, BudgetTicket provided me a Booking reference number and money got deducted from my bank account. I did not get booking confirmation yet.
