Budgetticket.in — Money has deducted but ticket not confirmed

I have booked a round trip from hyd-del for 18 th august on 14th night but ticket has not confirmed and customer support is not lifting the call. How can i know will the amount will refund or will you confirm the ticket with reference number bud140822fdf36e.

Hey, I also booked a ticket but it says my name will be shown on the airlines website 12 hours prior to the departure time. I just wanted to know if you were able to fly via that ticket you booked with their site?
