They deliver wrong products..Different pictures are shown to fraud the public..They are careless too..I have tried calling so many times from past 6 months bt have not got a reply yet..I advise that they should be sued in the consumer court so that they can not fraud the public by delivering the wrong products..I have placed an order which was combo of 2 denim shirts but they have sent me shirt of XL size of school of ramjas public school delhi which is used and one other shirt of bad material.

I had order on may 21, 2016 combo 3 branded premium denim shirt for rupee 1099.00 which was cash on delivery. But instead of that 3 branded denim shirt 3 defective non denime shirt was deliver to me. For the return of the product i called to the costumer care service more then 10 times, on this no. [protected] for return of the product but every time only assurance was given to me that it will be returned, but not yet. Now even the costumer care no. is not in functioning. It over 4 month and i am waiting for their response.

Shirts are not as per requested order..The Customer Service representatives are refraining from refund and not answering calls..Frauds...
Strict actions should be taken against this online scamsters.

I had ordered 3 XL size Shirts for 699 but received an altogether diff product. The shirts i recd were USED and of diffsize. I tried calling up but wasnt able to connect. I dropped mails but no response. Finally i got connected to one of the executive who said your order will be reversed and payment will be refunded in 10 days.
Till date no refund or any revery on any email received. Request you to pls help me in the below concern.

I received a call as soon as i posted this complaint. The person on other hand was calling himself as executive from customer complaint department. He asked me to share my account details or debit card details. But when i insisted that i would like to get my money refunded as COD (as the way i paid), he disconnected the call.

the product shown by the company and the product which i received is totally different. It looks like they send a street cloths in place of real product.

This is to inform that i made an order (Order no. Oid330125) of combo of 3 branded premium denim shirts costing rs 999/- which was delivered to me aug 19, 2016 but the shirts were not as per the order shown in the orginal photograph on buffersales website and these shirts are ordinary shirts not denim shirts shown in photos.. Colour varient is also totally different.. I have also enclosed the original order photo and the photos of shirt which i received.
And now their email address does not exist and their all mobile no. Are also switched off...

I ordered for 5 Combo shirts, but i have received 5 shirts which i not ordered size and 3 shirt are same color. And thee are entirely different from what shown in website. also shirt are damaged like used shirt and after receipt i tried to contact them but there i no response from customer service . I want my money back, also i can return this too .
It i about trust of eCommerce, website like this will spoil eCommerce, now i am trying sue them on the court of law.
people like me who heated by them an also join with me to sue them in the case and we an go to supreme court also but fraud people behind this should be behind the bars.

Same thing happened with me.I had ordered combo 3 of denim shirts but when i received it was the cheap quality shirts. Even after repeatedly calling on there customer care number they either don't pick call or do nothing about it. This guys are fraudsters. Don't ever shop on this site.

I have placed a order of combo of 3 denim shirts with other no OID221341but they have delivered wrong size with low quality product.
when I contacted them they told me that they will solve this within 10 days but nothing done till date .Nearly 30 days passed.
Now I am unable to contact them as all their contact number are switch off and their sites in not opening.

So please help me and please try to contact them so I can get my refund back.
