Sir/Mam I have been issued a gift card in March 2015 by elitify.com. Today when I need to purchase some product I tried to use that gift card costs around rupees 4794 doesn’t work. When I contacted elitify.com, i was told that the owner of the company has been changed. Lavida luxe have sold elitify to purplebee luxury in 2017, so now elitify cant issue the refund. Its been a month i am following them for my money for order no (89577) but there is no update from them neither they are returning back my money.
They are simply mailing me and telling money will be returned but its not been done yet.

They are simply playing with peoples money and not returning back.
