1. The complaint is more to do with extremely poor post sale service by Team Elitify than the product.
2. Zero customer support once the product is sold.
3. Customer service number on the website is a joke, no response for the past one month !
4. The knight & Bond boots purchased are way too big. Ordered Size 9, the boot received is a huge, trying to return since 01 Aug. I am stuck with the boots which I cannot use. Traumatic...

Elitify.com / Lavida Luxe Lifestyle Solutions — gift card issued to me by lavida luxe through elitify in march 2015, but now they have sold elitify to purple bee luxury

Sir/Mam I have been issued a gift card in March 2015 by elitify.com. Today when I need to purchase some product I tried to use that gift card costs around rupees 4794 doesn’t work. When I contacted elitify.com, i was told that the owner of the company has been changed. Lavida luxe have sold elitify to purplebee luxury in 2017, so now elitify cant issue the refund. So they told me to contact lavida luxe by finding their contact from google....

Hi,
Its been a month i am following them for my money for order no (89577) but there is no update from them neither they are returning back my money.
They are simply mailing me and telling money will be returned but its not been done yet.

They are simply playing with peoples money and not returning back.

I am planning to lodge a police as well as a consumer court case against these fraud people.

    I am satishkumar i would like to inform you that one of the shirts have already been dispatched through bluedart courier. The awb no.-[protected]. But i did not received anything so far. You inquiry about it with blue dart.

    Also, for the second shirt store credit of rupees 7990 has not been received.in this regarding a case was filed in kphp police station in hyderabad by me, but your people does not care about it. This type of acts demoralize your organization. A small hole will sink the big ship. So don, t neglect. Please take necessary action.

      Hi I placed an order of ralph lauren polo shirt (order no -89577) and have paid the money but order cart shows empty while checking with order no.
      I tried to inquire about the same with them by sending multiple mails but there is no response from there end. Neither they have the correct number to contact them. planning to register a consumer case.

        Let me just highlight the pertinent facts:

        A. Order placed on June 29, 2017 for two identical items and payment made: was indicated that the order would be shipped in 14-21 days.

        B. No update received by July 20, the end of the 21 day period. No number to reach them on (their website does not have a contact number and the number that a Google search yields is unreachable) and prior e-mails dated July 17 and 18 enquiring about the status of the order continue to remain unanswered (apart from the automated 'we will revert' responses).

        D. An email indicating that legal action will be taken is sent by me on July 20 and a response is received from Elitify on July 21 indicating that the order has been handed over to their shipping partner for delivery.

        E. The order is received on July 27. However, when the package is opened, only one of the items ordered and paid-for is in the package. My emails over July 29 and 31 requesting for an update on the other paid-for item go unanswered.

        F. On August 10, an email is sent from Elitify indicating that the second item can not be delivered and that money will be refunded. I immediately respond asking them to kindly process the refund. Am now awaiting a refund and keeping my fingers crossed.

        Net net, please order at your own risk and if you have unending amounts of patience. To me, the whole exercise reeks of dishonesty and malafides - never going to shop from them again.

          Dear sir/madam, i have placed an order and paid for the same. Order number 89565. However there has been no communication from your side as well as there is no customer care number.             I have ordered a true religion georgia - geroger floral print shirt worth 9599 inr order no. #88964 from the elitify on 19th may. The product wasnt upto the mark and because of size issues i had to return it back to them. The original address of the shop could not be traced. So after dispatching it for a return it came back to me as it couldn't be delivered. One of their executive who arranged a pick up for the shirt. And on june 23 i returned the product to them after 1 month. Soon after they received it at their warehouse no one informed me regarding the refund or anything. After texting him so many times he finally replied back to my text that they received the product at their warehouse and the following day he will mail me a gift card for the refund amount. They wont transfer it to the back or anything. The next following days i checked my mail if i got any gift card from the elitify. I have got none till day. Mr. Vinay isn't responding back to my texts and he isn't picking up the calls. I'm hanging in between to get my money back from the site. I have mailed my problem to their costumer care [protected]@elitify.com but they also didn't response. There is no number available to contact them for any queries neither are they reverting back. I would request to help me out with my refund as soon as possible. Its been more than 3 months now. U have been complaining them since june 29 for the refund. But there isn't any response. I hope this may help.

              I had placed an order a bag on june 30th from ewww.elitify.com. my confirmation number for the is #89354. I was told that the order will take 2-3 weeks to be delivered but i haven't received the product (Ralph lauren bag). I haven't received any tracking information as well. I have written twice to their customer care but nothing has changed. No one has reached out to me with a resolution or sharing the status of the bag. I would request the company to refund by inr 10, 000 which i had paid for the bag. Please help me.

                They have sent me miniature travel sized bottles of shower gels that i ordered in a full pack size with them. When i placed the order only one product volume was mentioned as 88ml and all the others were 295 ml. Now these cheats have sent me all items except one in the 88ml pack. I need a refund from them. Also in the past orders list the details of the incorrect products have become dead links while the only bottle of 295 ml is the only active link.

                  I had booked an item with them post which they could not deliver the item on time so cancelled my order. Now its been almost two weeks that the refund is not getting processed. Money does not com for free.

                    This is regarding order#88865 to elitist. They said few new rules empised by customs which they were not aware of starting from 25th may 2018.
                    I was told that this is stuck with customs, so they said they can offer me either to wait or get refund +extra 10% store credit.in reply mail i asked to give me an estimate time around which i may expect delivery of goods then i can decide what option to choose, by then no reply from these guys.
                    This is so pathetic that these guys serve customer this much poorly. No response to my questions and worst part is they never give customer care number.

I had paid the full total of 1, 489/- for the product online. after 7 days i wrote them a mail inquiring about the status of my product and when it will be delivered. 7 days and I am yet to receive any updates on the shipping. Kindly let I have not yet received any mails from them regarding my queries. Please note that i have already payed the full amount from my purchase but i have not yet received my product, I believe this is fraud. Unlike other online shopping websites, this particular one deals with expensive products, which i believe should be a bit more responsive to its customers. Hopefully they take the right action to send my product, if not I will be placing my complaints about their business to higher authorities. Thank you

                        I have been sending mails and trying the customer care number since 2 months!! I dont get any response to my mails nor the queries mailed on your website!! This is so unprofessional! Its been 3 moths ive placed and paid for my order!! I haven't received my complete order. Order number is 88280.                           I had put an order.for a Armani jeans which after payment was not delivered after three weeks they say product unavailable and give store credit to me again I placed an order for a different product which again was undelivered stating the same excuse that product is unavailable again store credit was given and I placed another order and now I have received an email stating that product is also not available they are cheating customers I advice all who have been cheated to come together and book a case against these crooks in the consumer court pathetic cheats don't be fooled it's a fraud website .

                                What is stipulated time frame?? You have already crossed it. Your website shows while placing the order that you deliver in 3-4 weeks. It's 5 weeks already and item is nowhere around India yet. Disgusting.

                                  I had made a purchase with Elitify in February, Since I did not like the product I had asked them to take the product and refund. They did not had any reverse pick up, I had to self ship the product .
                                  The productive reach them within a day and when asked for the refund they never made a refund, after constant emailing they had pacified me by saying that we had made the return butter return has not been made till now. It's been more than a month they have stopped replying me and there is no customer care number, the number mentioned on the website is also not working . It is really upsetting and I want my return
