Your case is same as mine. I am also yet to recover my advance booking money of Rs. 6.0 lacs from my builder, Mr. Santanu Bhaduri, in Kolkata, which is pending for more than last 10 months. I have already made a police complaint against him for this cheating case. Lets hope for early recovery of our money from these cheaters. Regards,

Earthcon is really a fraud builder in noida they all are doing only fake commitment, they makes irritate if any one want to book their flat please go somewhere else they doing only fake commitment they used to say this is last unit available for sell but there is many unit are still available for sell, so please don't book your flat in earthcon
