I think the aim of SM Signature Horamavu Bangalore is to make the fool out of all their customers. This is Prashant Verma living in Bangalore and working as a software engineer in Dell. I have booked a 2 BHK Flat in Bangalore with SM Signature Horamavu in July 2006. That year we all customers were very happy with this builder because we all were in the false dream given by this cheater Builder at the time of booking. SM Signature Horamavu had promised us that we would live in our new houses within three years. Now 6 years are over but still we are waiting for the finishing of the construction. I went around 20 to 30 times to their office but response was only issues related to customer payment. I think we all have lost our money by booking the flat to SM Signature builder. Not only myself, everybody is complaining about this builder.

SM Signature Is one of the unrenowned company in Bangalore who is constructing the flat only which are without quality and design. I am also the one of the customer who was foolishly went to bought the flat with AR Group SM Signature Horamavu Bangalore project. In the year of 2005 I was also booked a 2 BHK flat in Pragati project of this Builder. Not only I one of my friends Deerag Bhargev was also booked in NEELAM project of this Builder in Whitefield Bangalore. Now instead of living we are adjusting our life of living with our family in the flat of SM Signature .I am not talking about only our flat each flat of the building have same condition. Each customer is unhappy in bought the flat with this builder. This builder is fooling all the people who have booked the flat in their project. According to me SM Signature Will close the company after taking the money from customer because now this is advertising one project with seven different names
In Bangalore in the year of 2009 I have booked a 3 BHK flat in project of SM Signature Horamavu Bangalore. At booking time I have paid payment of 2lack 15 thousand. After making of my payment I did not get any single response of our call from SM SIGNATURE, office about the flat. I asked at the office, their sales manager told me some common excuses, which shows their way o[censored]n- professionalism with the customer. I don’t know whether to go for complaints or how to get flat with this builder. Now they are keeping on saying we are under procedure of construction. In last 1 year even 1 inch of the construction is not done. All customers are doing the complaints only for SM Signature Horamavu Builder. But still they are waiting for completion.
I am planning to purchase one house from A R Signature Infra Ltd. House is ready to occupy in June 2014.
This construction is very near to Hoodi signal, near Bhagini Resturant.
