[Resolved]  Ansal API, Sushant Megapolis, Greater Noida — Cheating Customers

I am new to this forum. I read the comments/complaints of all of you. I am also on the same broken boat of MEGAPOLIS. I would also like to share my bad experience in this project with all of you.

The Big Fish - Builder is cheating all around the middle class customers by one way or other. As a common, they have made a one sided Agreement (so called "Arrangement") totally in their favor and have knowingly not given it to customers at the time of booking so that the customers could deposit one or two installments involving some handsome amount before going through it. This way they have compelled the customers to sign over it giving a threatening of forfeiture of the deposited.money.

Many of the customers have signed this document because an amount of 5 - 7 lac is too much for a middle class person. There are a few who have raised their voice against the builder on this Forum.

In the another step, they are harassing the customers by sending undue demand notes of construction linked installments though there are almost zero construction activity at site. As I have come to know through some buyers that these people are knowingly sending undue construction linked demand notes in advance so that a huge amount of interest on a/c of delay in payments is accumulated in their accounts till the completion of any construction activity actually takes place. On completion of that particular activity they stand claiming that it was completed on the back date (1 or 2 years back) when the demand note was sent and thus do justify the dues of interests. The customers again have no way except crying over the deaves that the construction activity has been done at the recent.

The officials of ANSALs are giving example of Noida Extension these days and trying to make fool showing themselves better than others. Of course one thing we should learn from Noida Extention that how the home buyers got united and fought for their right. Here, I fully agree with Kanika and like others who have raised their voice against the big fish on this platform and strongly support all the stands against the cheaters. I also appeal all the buyers/victims of Ansals to get united for welfare/rescue of ours and to save our hard earned money from the jaws of crocodile.
