[Resolved] Dhanista Group Builder — Intolerable delay in residential projects and lot of money invested | |||
Dear friends, Dhanista group has just one objective of collecting inoccent people's money. They have NOT able to clear paper work even after 4-5 years time of any projects. let us forget about start of construction of any project in mumbai in last 4-5 years time. I have booked flat in their parsiwadi,Ghatkopar project 4 years back. Till now, even after 4 years time, no clearance of paper's from SRA dept. Even, there is no project of Dhanista, where all permissions in place. Let us forget about construction begining. So, please think hundred times before investing in Dhanista group. Let us unite and group together to raise our voice in fornt of developer to such intolerable delay. Please keep on posting your views and contact details, who have already booked in Dhanista. Verified Support Oct 08, 2014 Dhanista Group Customer Care's response I was shocked to see such a review or complaint, we have a professional team to tackle the issues and make sure that all the clients gets proper attention and if there are any complaints we can sort out immediately.
Now when i come to these particular complaints, I couldn't find any client or complaint details with reference to this Email Id and no other details are mentioned.
I would have appreciated if Mr. [protected]@gmail.com provides his complete booking details like name, Contact number and other booking details for further reply and verification. And if he is complaining for last 5 years he should have any reference name or Number, Itself shows that you not want us to revert back to resolve the issue but dimish the Name of dhanista. I even have a doubt as [protected]@gmail.com is fake id and made only for this fake complaint purpose as it not showed any where in whole google search. You are requesting the people to unite with you and Contact you without your communication details – Must be kidding.
There are some people who want to make reputation down of some Competitor Companies or other business. They have no time to use their creativity in real work, except that their use their mind for bad work and fake complaints.
Its Shocking that this site is allowing people to post any fake and annoying thing without any proof, even name or contact no. Because they just want to grow their business of any kind of things. Best part is that https://www.consumercomplaints.in is also not attenting on their post either theses complaint is true or Not or Never approached us regarding this.
This complaint is registered without any details is completely fake and there is no need to worry about these type of fake complaints.
So, people who saw this fake complaint on https://www.consumercomplaints.in need not to worry about their Booking. Dhanista are since 33 yrs & One of the best in the Business.

I have also invested in this Powai project. Is Dhanista the cause of the delay or do we need to hold up a Morcha with the Govt official for causing the delay? Besides that, as per the MOU Dhanista is supposed to send us the cheques for the interest collected. Have not received any cheques since last year now. That makes me nervous if the builder does not honor the MOU. Are others also experiencing the same?

All the responses from Dhanista are Bogus - They are cheaters. I have invested in it since last 5 years and I am not getting any response and money back they are giving excuses not picking calls. Can we all unite and fight back?
i booked in Ghatkopar project 3 yrs back & was in a verge to cancel my booking due to the same excuse of sra procedures being the reason for the delay but recently met a old friend who works in MHADA & he too agrees that these procedures take a longer time in these departments which affects the builders too & advised me to wait for a while if i have got a best deal & if i feel the builders to be reliable.
apart from the delay i have no issues with the builders. hope the wait counts at the end

Recently i read a article in T.O.I (dont remember the date) in which they mentioned certain rules to be implied soon to speed up the SRA Procedure.
S.R.A proves to be beneficial for all 3- customers, tenants as well as builders. i too am saving money to invest in a S.R.A Project & wouldn't mind investing in this company

These people are not replying on time. Every time they said we will get back to you but nothing in progress. Now I am worried about money I have invested. Every time they says, you will get update in next 2-3 weeks or a month but there is no progress since last 2 years where I am looking.

Session court has rejected their interim bail on 6 October 2018... V want more n more group to join us... There r almost 36 people who have joined us and v r fighting these r frauds n just talking doesn't put these cheaters in jail v need to work together n action

I booked a flat 3BHK in Dhanista Gardenia powai in 2015. As they insisted for 40% of total cost I Paid same by Cheques for.3512318 Rs. As per MOU they should have completed the building in 2017. or return money with 18% interest. Whenever I visited the plot I found that they have not started any construction work. Same time I asked office about this project but they keep on giving false reasons. As I am fed up & worried about my hard earned money, In 2018 I told them to return the money . As there was no response from them I filed FIR at Vikroli Parksite police station in fraud and cheating case. 3 years passed after FIR, Till now no reply & case hearing going on in Vikhroli court. I am praying everyday that Let God help me to get back my money.
