This is to inform you that on 25.04.2016 the matter was listed before the Hon'ble Commission. The Hon'ble Judge allowed application Section 12 (1) (C) of the Consumer Protection Act and also gave directions to get a publication regarding the said matter in Times of India Delhi, Times of India from Jaipur and also Dainik Bhaskar from Jaipur so that more and more people aggrieved may join in. Since there is no objection to this application, the complainants are permitted to file this complaint on behalf of/for the benefit of all the allottees of project namely ‘Bhaskar Enclave II’ at Tonk Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Since the particulars of all the persons having same interest in the subject matter of the complaint are not known to the complainants, notice of this complaint be published by way of a public advertisement in “Times of India” published from New Delhi and Jaipur and “Dainik Bhaskar” published from Jaipur for the next date of hearing. The application stands disposed of.

The project seems to be doomed. Orior doesnt seem to be interested in developing the project. they are in a hurry to wash their hands off this project by making as much as money as possible. So time to time they try to entice the gullible customers who have not yet made all the payments. I am telling coz i am also sufferer like you who have burnt my hands. i think all o[censored]s should get together and haul them up in court for cheating and misleading hapless invesgtors

I am also suffering at their hands. Have paid all installments but they have not proceeded to give sale deed or register the plot. Also I asked for copy of any approval from JDA and they do not reply.

I also have 2 plot booked long time back and now i come to know that, Orior did a fraud for the Bhaskar Enclave II project. I tried to contact them, but no-one picks the phone and there office located in Gurgaon is also closed now.

It would be really helpful, If I case also join this complaint raised against them. Please share some more details to join this case.

We are also duped by Orior Developers( Bhaskar City-II), they are not picking the phone and all the offices are closed now. Can anyone tell what we can done and their are lot of other persons like me. You can contact me on aditya.[protected]@gmail.com

I booked the plot in Bhaskar Enclave -II in 2006 and made the full payment But the Orior Developer did not hand over the possession . The Developer ran away and office is closed and all the phone disconnected, nobody give any response . My no is [protected] . I approch the NCLT Court, the case is already regd. against him and the next hearing is on 7th Nov. 2019 in Bench 5 in Hon'ble Court. Kindly maximum compliant/owner of the plot who did not get the possession may be present in Hon'ble Court to lodged the complaint against the Orior Developer.
