Bulk Sms Premium — user panel off, no customer support, all customer support number are switched off

I got the subscription from bulksms premium, but when i call them for any complaint, all customer service numbers are shown switched off.. i m a reseller.. my customers are going to disappointed... what should i do now???? If you dont give us proper service give my money back...
