Bulk Sms Premium — bulk sms service not provided

I was promised delivery of 1.5 lacs bulk sms to hni clients of bareilly. After collecting rs 7000/- from me for the above promised service, employees of the company (Mr gaurav/mr deepak) stopped responding to my calls and emails.
Every time i called up, i was told that the job will be done within a day or two. Two months have passed and there has been no response.
The payment of rs 7000/- was made from my hdfc bank current account number [protected].
