Bulk Sms Premium Complaints & Reviews

I got the subscription from bulksms premium, but when i call them for any complaint, all customer service numbers are shown switched off.. i m a reseller.. my customers are going to disappointed... what should i do now???? If you dont give us proper service give my money back......

According to pankajarorawext bulk sms premium is fraud company, they charge from customers and doesn't provide services. You can start negotiate with them regarding rates / charges they will give you at throw away price means 10000 messages you will get in rs 500/- only because messages which you will send will not go anywhere.

I purchased 10lakh sms from them and i used 1000 sms to check the response, report shows 100% delivery but in reality none of the sms delivered. I asked them to refund my money as they promise to refund if not satisfied but they didn't refund my money. I strongly recommend not to purchase from them if need to talk to me regarding this you can contact @ [protected]...

I was promised delivery of 1.5 lacs bulk sms to hni clients of bareilly. After collecting rs 7000/- from me for the above promised service, employees of the company (Mr gaurav/mr deepak) stopped responding to my calls and emails.
Every time i called up, i was told that the job will be done within a day or two. Two months have passed and there has been no response.
The payment of rs 7000/- was made from my hdfc bank current account...
