Too worst in all aspects. No proper facilities. Office was not registered. So, work experience is not valid (waste of working). MD (Siva), his wife flirts with employees & convinces the ppl for worst salaries. They know good brain washing techniques.. Office address shows Chennai, but office is in Sattur (a place in Virudhunagar Dist). MD works in Hexaware. BULL is his side business. He's playing with job seekers life.. Never ever encourage this company :P

Bottom line is, I don’t want to work anymore and need your certificate of a non registered company with signature of retarded person on it. Don’t tell me Im absconded. You made me to do it. Grow up, Siva. You don’t own CMMI Level company and the salary you are providing is not even enough for your employees pocket money. You are owner of non registered and invisible organization in government documents and record. If I’m wrong, You don’t have to prove me that its registered. Please prove it into your beloved employees for their job security and career safety.

Worst salary package ever. They're playing with job seekers life.. Also this is not an officially registered concern. So u can't include this as ur work experience.. U can learn some basics. Tats it.

They scheduled interview for polaris. And when i reach the venue they ask me to wait. I called up to HR in Bull IT Services but there was no response .I was waiting there about three hours then they said panel was not available. Such a worst behavior.

I got a call from Priya, telling me that my resume was shortlisted and asked me whether I was available for a phone interview the very next day for a position at L&T. She then scheduled the phone interview for 2.30pm and sent me an email for the same. I waited for a phone call at the scheduled time, however, I never received any call from L&T. I contacted her and she responded saying that the Panel is busy and that's the reason they didn't call me. I asked her to reschedule the interview and told her to cc L&T HR or Panel so that they can get in touch with me. The following week, I got a call from her, asking if I was okay with attending the call on Wednesday. I said I am available at 2.00pm on Wednesday and told her to ask L&T HR/panel to send a confirmation email to ensure that they don't forget to call. I never received any email from L&T.

Its the worst IT service ever. Amazed that an IT Service could be this bad. Got call from them regarding interview in HCL after I confirm my availability they send me confirmation mail with venue details. When I reach the venue, my name was not in interview list I called the person who had send me the mail but he didn't pick the call, then I have to search the number of the company on internet and then called. They told me they will get back to me in 5 min but when I didn't receive call from them for next 20 min I called them back and after long discussion they told me that they have send me wrong address so I have to go to different office, which was half an hour away. When I reached there I found out no interview as going on for my profile. I called them back and ask them to confirm they put me on hold few times then finally when I started loosing my temper they said I can leave for the day and as soon as I called them unprofessional they disconnected my call and didn't pick it again.

Hi Can you share the Service tax number and CIN

The complained regarding Bullit servies .
It is one of the worst consultancy service I had never seen before.
It is a fake consultancy just for money they play with some ones life and Carrier.Please don't go through it.
I was working in Bangalore. Bullit told me there is opening in HCL pune location c2h(contract to hire) position.Mr Praveen the contact person he told me i will be under employer in bullit for 6 months and then after 6 months HCL will pick me for its pay roll.They Release offer letter and told they need resignation acceptance mail.I put my paper in last organization and joined in HCL Pune.When i asked about.They did not give me relocation reimbursement cost.
And one of the most imp think was there was a contract between HCL and Bullit for 45 days.And after 45 days suddenly HCL block my Mail id.When I asked to my Manager and Hr they told you just contact to your pay roll company.When i called to Rajeswari, Mareswari they did not say me anything.Every time i called for update.But every time they said once updated they will informe but not a singel time i get call from them.Internally i got to know through the administrative department that i was hire for 45 days.That matters bullit did not inform me.And when i asked to manager and my Hr regarding my salary they told already salary credited to bullit services.
But Praveen, Rajeswari and Mareswari the Hr person don't listen to me.And every time they said we did not get any update.
All people of that consultancy are fraud.
It is not register company and all description of this company is false.
Still i gave the contact details of Manager and HR to coordinate with them . But they did not..
Till now i did not get may salary or my other documents.

And 1 more thing i just forgot to mention that for verification charges they deduct amount from my salary and said its their policy...

It is such a third class organization.Only few people are their and opened that.They just play with job seekers.
They don't have manner like how to talk.They played with me a lot.For starting starting they make false commitment & then they came to their level, start to play.I suffered a lot in Polaris.Their main aim to any how deploy any job seekers to any company and want to take commission.

So strictly recommended please don't go through Bull Academy & IT Services.

but if they are calling for some registered company and known company than you attend interview. it is a consultancy.

capgemini recruitment person/department has done some stupid thing, they call me and there at bull it servies center and there was 4 or 5 person, they ware doing chit chat.

after going there they called some body and told them about me. i sat some time there ware one sofa than came back.

they have done with me because in some company i got selected but didn't join because of package.
they done to me because i have done 5 certification, every pvt company want certification guy but they don't want to pay more salary according to experience.

when i was having 1 certification and i worked as a contract in two comapny, after leaving 2nd comapany, i got selected 5 company in one interview, i have submitted my document to them and i was waiting for offer letter, no company release offer letter but i was getting frequently call from every company.

latter i have done 4 more certification, than every company was calling for interview but not taking interview and sometime they ware taking but not selecting me, but calling for interview every day.

1. my suggestion is that before getting other offer letter do not leave any company.
2. after joining any company, after 1 year try to searching next job, keep it secrete.

because all comapany tries to hires guy who can work in less salary. that way they don't want to take any person in one interview, sometime they takes, they person having less CTC.

** always search job when you feel but keep it secret,
otherwise they will make you fool or they will harass you.

*** if you are asking for high salary, don't go attend interview in first call or do go quickly to attend interview, give more excuse about work took long time to attend interview.

** * but keep job searching always, when you feel. if you have good knowledge and experience ***

*** don't show your skills in your organization, keep it secret, do normal work otherwise they will try destroy carrier / knowledge, Why ? BCZ its his business, they always want more profit .

I agree with whatever thing other people are posted here, even I had a bad experience with this consultancy.

One day I received call from this consultancy, they told me like they have one requirement for my profile in HCL for C2H position. Profile was matching so I confirm them that I'm ready to give the interview. Suddenly he arranged phonic interview in the evening 7 o'clock, and one more from the Clint side next day. I cleared both the interviews. After few days he sent me a call letter for Face to Face interview in Clint place, there I gave 100% performance, even that Clint was happy to see me in there office. After two days some 2, 3 people from this consultancy called me and asked me for salary expectation, joining date etc, I gave same information to all, then that last guy told me that they will send offer letter in the evening. And told me to resign current company, I resigned my job and waited for 3 days. Next day I called last called guy he told me that HR of HCL is on medical leave next day he will tell them to send. Again I waited 2 days. In between I was searching for reviews of this company in Google, I saw very bad ratings. I got scared because I already resigned my job. So I requested my HR to not to consider my resignation letter. After some day again that guy called me saying that HCL HR is back in office, again he asked me for new joining date (because I told them that I withdrawn my resignation) I told 30 days (because some internal issue) or depending upon my request they may leave me in 15 days as well. He agreed for that and told me that they will send the offer letter in the evening. I told him like for the same company, I'm getting offer from other company's, he requested me to not to make any commitment with other consultancy, he told to not to worry he will take care of my joining, and also told like everything is in his hand only. Again blindly I believed him. I rejected offer from other company. Now he said like they have problem with my joining date they want me to join in 7 days. I told him I was ready to join when he called first time, from there side only it's delayed. For that he replied like, he can't do anything. Nothing is there in his hand his work only to send candidates for the interviews.

Like others said here it's 101% fraud consultancy.

Got email from Bull IT services that my profile has been shortlisted and I shud attend Face to face interview at HCL Noida campus on 14th July.After preparing hard for the interview when I reach there, HCL guys tell me my profile is not matching and send me back without any interview.This company is playing with jobseekers

I would like to start by saying, "The worst consultancy service I ever worked with".

They denied to give me Form 16 for tax filling when my salary was under 5% tax slab. Probably someone needs to educate them that Every employer has to provide form 16 irrespective of their salary limit.

Also they used to deduct PF amount from my salary every month but never created PF account. Upon asking they always replied we are working on it but never did they work, I wonder where the money went!

Worst part, there is only one point of contact and she will never receive calls and never call backs even if 100 missed calls

FRAUD in the employment market.

Its a worst and fake company.

I worked there for 1+ years in BULL IT SERVICES payroll.

Now in spite of reliving letter they have shared just a mail(after following up for months)with a signature which is not even considered as valid to my current employer, then after requesting and asking for months again and telling them that i am ready to bear all the courier charges to send the hard copy directly to me RAJESWARI is giving lame reason telling CEO is not in town/country/place to put a signature and RAJESWARI(MY CONTACT PERSON)cant go and ask/send mail for it.

Also while joining i have given my UAN (which is still active and used by all the other employer of mine except BULL IT SERVICES as its was not visible ONLY to them as RAJESWARI has communicated to me)so RAJESWARI's team has created new UAN for me without EVEN INFORMING ME.

Now when I want to withdraw that PF amount i came to know my AADHAR number and my BANK ACCOUNT is not even LINKED to that PF account.

SENT MULTIPLE MAILS with SCREENSHOTS from the EPFO portal to RAJESWARI but its still not linked.

RAJESWARI's reply : we are sending your relieving letter through mail but POST OFFICE IS OUT OF SERVICE, DIDN'T GET TRACKING id, or SENT IT, or LINKED your AADHAR DETAILS WITH PF ACCOUNT

Also RAJESWARI will DISCONNECT my CALLS, no reply to my MAILS its a EVERYDAY ISSUE now and MY CAREER IS GETTING HAMPERED BECAUSE OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR by BULL IT SERVICES WHICH CAN CREATE EMPLOYMENT ISSUES for so many candidates like US.

After seeing this message she has been more worse and disconnecting my calls
