This refers to the unit purchased in godrej palm retreat tower a3 through bullmen realty with involvement of arshad ([protected]) (Din[protected] and saurabh gupta ([protected]) (Saurabh. [protected]@bullmenrealty.com) ([protected]).

I had done the booking myself and on the very same day of booking - received a call from saurabh gupta (Seems there was someone in godrej who misuse the data of the customer and give it further to the associates and make money) who advised me to cancel the booking done earlier and if i get the booking done from bullmen realty i'll get more discount which will be given from commission you people get and will be a beneficial deal for me. Very next day arshad and saurabh visited my office and promised me to offer discounts and forced me to cancel the booking done earlier and to make a fresh booking through bullmen realty. Also promised me to help to get the refund of booking done earlier which obviously was one more false commitment.
It was also promised that we'll get discounts which will be refunded once we make payment of 20% to godrej. On the basis of the same credit note was issued last year. Payment was also made to godrej last year and till date credit note has not been encashed. Two pdc's were given after a long followup, half amount has been cleared by one cheque issued and the other cheque of balance half payment is still pending due to intentional stop payment of cheque as it was communicated by arshad that yes bank fraud is responsible for funds shortage in bullmen realty's account.
Later it was communicated that the delay is due to the delay of clearance of commissions from godrej which i have cross checked personally with team godrej and it was communicated that the commission was cleared against the unit purchased last year itself.
Have been following up with arshad and saurabh for very long (Have all the communication in records till date), it was lastly promised that the long outstanding due will be cleared by 31st august 2020 which is today. Now these people are not responding to calls/messages and taking it lightly.
Team has no value of words- most unprofessional attitude and behavior. I tried calling both a while back but of no use.
This is the reason why i have no other option than to write this before initiating the serious legal action against bullmen realty private limited for gross misguidance, cheating, conspiracy, complaint under negotiable instrument act, mental harassment.
Will expect a revert and closure amicably if possible.
