I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding a recent order I placed through the Burger King official app. Despite successfully placing the order, I received a subsequent message stating that the order had been declined. The message assured me that if the amount (Rs. 350.7) had been debited, it would be refunded within 24 hours. However, it has been over three days, and I am yet to receive the refund.

Despite my repeated attempts to contact the branch via phone calls, my enquiries have gone unanswered. This lack of response and delay in refund processing is unacceptable.

I urge Burger King to expedite the refund process and improve their customer service to prevent such incidents in the future.
