I made TWO online payments of INR 154.36 each for the home delivery order to Burger King on 04 August. However, the store declined the order after 40-45 minutes, and the amount paid was not refunded.

On the same day, I raised a support request through the app regarding the refund issue, contacted their official Twitter (now X) handle, and emailed [protected]@burgerking.in.

Double payment for a single order

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I experienced with a recent order placed through the Burger King app.

On 22nd April, I attempted to place an order and made a payment of ₹516.60. Although the app showed that the payment had failed, the amount was debited from my bank account. I then proceeded to make the payment again, and the order was successfully placed the second time.

I ordered a Taco from Burger King. As soon as i started eating it felt something was non-chewable in it which turned out to be wooden pieces. I have lost my appetite ever since. Can’t stop thinking about what would’ve happened had i swallowed it. Really disappointed and disgusted.

          On 25/12/2022 I ordered from burger king for Rs 144 through the burger king app, as soon as i went to netbanking page and filled my details and made a succesful payment, the page reloaded and came back to the original app menu. my money is gone but i called two nearest outlet, both are declining any order recieved.

            I placed an order at Burger king outlet in Chakrata road, Dehradun on 22 Oct, 2022. time-15:29 for Rps- 714.00
            I paid using google pay UPI but the payment window in their billing machine was timed out even though the payment was successful 30 seconds before the timeout.
            They showed me batch history and my payment wasn't there and i was told i will get a refund in 3 days. So I payed using again using upi to the outlet manager.
            Its been 17 days and I haven't received a refund yet.
            I talked to the manager several times but no luck.
            I would like a refund as soon as possible.

              The Burger King Outlet at Akshardham, New Delhi has fraudulent staff person working at the cash counter. I, went to the store and order 2 Masala Chicken Whooper and 2 Tikki Twist Burger. The person at the cash counter calculated the total as Rs 816 and I paid the amount through UPI. As I was waiting for my order I realized that that counter person cheated me as Masala Chicken Whooper was of the price Rs 219 and Tikki Twist Burger Rs 50 . Correct amount was including all taxes was supposed to be Rs 564. I was tired that's why I took time to realize this. I inform the manager Saurav Siddhart he did not say a word to that cash counter staff. Told me that the amount will revert back in 24 hours . I went out of the store . On my way he called me up to say that system is not working so you can take cash right now. I return to their store and the return my amount Rs 816. But this all show how corrupt the staff is at Burger King, Akshardham Outlet. This cheating is done under the manager's eye and yet they are not taking action. No other customer should be fooled like this .

                Esterday I lost all trust in Burger King outlets, It feels disgusting that such a brand is so careless about customer's health and wellbeing while being a food outlet. I have visited DLF Mall of India in Noida, India's Burger King in the food court, I have ordered 2 spicy grilled chicken burgers & Medium pepsi (400ml) costing 311.86 INR. I started eating the burger but later realised that the bread was rotten and decayed. The counter manager assured me that it will not impact my health and gave me no compensation. Later, the day I felt uneasiness and stomach ache and was ill for the next 3 days due to which I was not able to appear in my college exam, that cost me a semester back. Moreover, being a gym and fitness enthusiast guy who eats very often at such places, My health and body conditioning also suffers. I could not remember that I have visited Burger king innumerable times but now I am terrified that what I was actually could be eating. It was a disgrace that even making calls to burger king for such treatment they never reverted back. I assure that me, my family and friends shall never visit burger king again and would rather opt to go for burger king.

                  We ordered as per the details appearing in the attached invoice. Please also see pictures attached (Invoice and food delivered) for reference. The complaint is about food (Chicken Pattie) inside the burger was burnt till black.
                  The Cold coffee shake was delivered in a container with a damaged base and some of the drink fell on the ground.
                  We expect better food and service from such a retail food giant store keeping in mind the health hazards that it could lead to. Need a suitable resolution that will keep our mind at rest and will assure us enough so we consider ordering with BK in future.

                    My order no is -3948 yesterday at 3:51pm i ordered for three burgers from Sector -5 plot no -10 ground floor Rajendra nagar Ghaziabad outlet. Among those burgers one was veg crisp makhni brust burger with single patty which cost 50 rupee that was correct but other 2 burger was veg crispy double patty burger for which I paid 160 rupee. After getting my order when I opened the packet they sended me all two burgers with single patty instead of ouble patty burger and they charged for double patty. That was so bad experience for me. Kindly fix your fault. That was so disappoing for me. If they are not sending correct order then why they charged extra rupee for my order.

                            I placed an order on the burger King app for the very first time on April 24, 2022 at 08.54 pm. I placed an order for a Crispy Chicken Burger, A Crispy Chicken Wrap and A Chicken Makhani Burst Burger. The total charged was Rs. 165.90. The order was not delivered at all. I kept contacting the number provided but to no avail. Nobody answered the phone. 2.5 hours later at 11.30 pm finally someone picked up the call. By this time the app showed my order as delivered when nothing was delivered. I spoke to the person on call he told me the same thing at first that the product was delivered. The person I spoke to was Aman. When I consistently told him that nothing was delivered, he agreed and apologized saying there were high number of orders due to which my order wasn't even packed when the app showed it as delivered. He asked me if he can send the order now..this is after 3 hours of placing the order. I denied and asked for my money back. He agreed and told me the refund will take a week to process back. I hesitantly okayed having no other option. Today marks one week since this incident and I haven't received a rupee back. I tried calling them but again no answer. This is extremely poor service. Unproffesionalism at its best. I need my fill refund back.

                              Money loss due to glitch in restaurant's payment system

                              I visited Burger King on 17th April 2022. After giving my order I chose cashless transaction via Phone Pe. Amount worth Rs. 434.7 got deducted from my account but the restaurant didn't receive it as their was a glitch in their system. Many arguments later they ensured me that my money will be back within 7days. Now it's been 14days and I haven't received my money yet. Please help me out to get my money back and take some action against them....

                              Payment done but didn't receive the order

                              Greetings,

                              This is to inform you that on 10th March 2022, I had successfully completed the payment and paid the amount for the concerned order but however the app did not accept the payment and automatically got cancelled and hence asking for a payment again later.

                              My account has already been debited with the amount. I want to know when my refund will be provided back to me or any other alternative remedy for...

                                I bought a whopper from your lake mall kolkata, india branch and they gave me a burger with missing veggie items. They doesnt provide tomatoes and cucumber as promised in a whopper. First i thought it was mistake ghat maybe they forgot so i went up to them and told them and they changed it but than again after some time i visited again and the same thing happened. The staff members are thieves. Stealing away veggies and ruining brand name of burger king. Please see to the matter and change staff accordingly. Inspect your burger as you are getting shoplifted.

                                  Order no. 2049 delay & poor quality. - Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

                                  I received my parcel around 10pm. Kept calling a few times for updates on the order but the number was switched off.

                                  The food was ###. It was stale, the bread buns were dry and crumbling. The fries had no salt and we're soggy. The volcano was stale, the taco was no fun. The buggers and the volcano, had no filling. The flavour of everything I order was a huge disappointment.

                                  I've attached the images for your reference. The delayed delivery is always a big turn off.

                                  Emailed them regarding our concerns a couple of times. Yet no response.

                                    from swiggy on November 13, one of them was already eaten by mouse or may be some other animal. Never expected this carelessness from the reputated company "Burger King". They don't even know how to surve their customers, very very disappointed 😞.

                                          I visited burger king outlet J block rajouri garden new delhi 110027 india and the manager asked me to pay through paytm money app i paid thrice from the app my money got deducted they kept on saying try again cz they didn’t get any notification for amount received then they contacted their accounts department and got the information that their outlet managers and staff was not supposed to collect money through paytm or online transactions
                                          They said sorry to me for their mistakes and assured me that my money will be refunded within 48 hours so my total amount 900rs will be refunded in my paytm account
                                          I paid them more money in cash and ate my food and returned home
                                          I have still not received my refund of rs900 which i paid them thrice
