Hi,
Despite sending multiple reminders to customer care for crowns not being added to the account with all the necessary supporting evidences of the orders placed. The team was highly incompetent in providing a resolution - infact was highly inconsiderate in not even acknowledging that the matter is looked into for processing the request.
That shows what a sham is being played by BK team with no customer care numbers provided to bridge the gap Was this information helpful? |
