I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I experienced with a recent order placed through the Burger King app.
On 22nd April, I attempted to place an order and made a payment of ₹516.60. Although the app showed that the payment had failed, the amount was debited from my bank account. I then proceeded to make the payment again, and the order was successfully placed the second time.
However, the app now shows that I have picked up the order, which I have not. I only placed one order and have not received any items yet. It appears I have been charged twice for a single order, and I would like to request a refund for the first failed transaction.
Also you can see that the first order which shows your payment gets failed gets picked up after 2:30hours how can this be possible..
Please look into this issue and advise on the next steps. I have attached the relevant payment proof and screenshots for your reference.
