[Resolved]  Burger King — Money loss due to glitch in restaurant's payment system

Address:Ahluwalia Mall, Kota Rajasthan

I visited Burger King on 17th April 2022. After giving my order I chose cashless transaction via Phone Pe. Amount worth Rs. 434.7 got deducted from my account but the restaurant didn't receive it as their was a glitch in their system. Many arguments later they ensured me that my money will be back within 7days. Now it's been 14days and I haven't received my money yet. Please help me out to get my money back and take some action against them.

My problem is not resolved at all by the time I was done posting it. Notification popped up and shows marked as resolved. What the hell is going on here? I am filing a complaint about something and here I have to deal with this too?
