Burger King — Payment done but didn't receive the order

Greetings,

This is to inform you that on 10th March 2022, I had successfully completed the payment and paid the amount for the concerned order but however the app did not accept the payment and automatically got cancelled and hence asking for a payment again later.

My account has already been debited with the amount. I want to know when my refund will be provided back to me or any other alternative remedy for the same.

I even contacted a Burger King number who takes the order, who informed that it takes around 7 days for the refund and ask to call back if that doesn't happen but now when I am trying to contact, there is no response from them as well.

I had also sent multiple emails and messages on [protected]@burgerking.in but failed to receive any response from them . There is no customer care number of Burger King outlet to reach out as well.

Further, i will share the screenshot of the same for your reference.

I even emailed the United States burger King outlet via email and they responded to me very kindly and told me to reach out to the Indian outlet. But here in India, wow! there is no response.

I am really disappointed.

I need speedy response and a strict action against this.

On 30 may 2022 I paid my bill at burger king through paytm but the employee said the session is timed out. So i paid him cash & he said i will get money within 72hours which i had paid through paytm . I haven’t received any money back.

I want speedy response & action against it.
